The hotel has a very good position however the service and the athmosphere will not provide you with a good holiday.
Rooms are tidy enough although towels are not changed as often as needed. There is air conditioning in the room but if you arrive before the 1st of July you have to pay 3 euros per day for air conditioning. the villas are big and when the hotel is fully booked there is no good time to rest. When the guests stop making noise the cleaning ladies will start with their own noise. 3 euros per hour for wireless internet in you room or free internet in the reception - that does not work.
The food is not good, it is tasteless and the presentation of the food does not increase your apetite either. Rice, uncooked beans and boiled pasta every day and fried small fish. i could hardly see some feta cheese in this restaurant in the feta cheese country. The salads are made of the cheapest tasteless supermarket veggies. There is not enough food variety and there is always a struggle to get some food on your plate. Not enough fruits - we had one sort of fruit every evening and those were not even ripe. BAd coffe, ok tea. The restaurant is very busy, the tables are crowded, hard to find a place to sit, and people are running around with food on their plates. it feels like eating in a jungle fighting for bad food. The staf are cleaning the tables making their job as loud as they possibly can. If you want to have a peaceful moment on the veranda then you must be lucky to find a table as there are only 4 or 5 tables for more then 600 guests. the veranda is only open in the morning but you cannot have breakfast there - lucky enough for the smokers that they can smoke there. if you dare to take one peace of fruit out of the restaurant to feed the children whilst on the beach you are treated like an invader and you are told off in the most disgraceful and dictatorial manner by the great manager. so if you want to eat properly on your holiday avoid the hotel restaurant and the all inclusive deals. if you get a early booking fee you will see it is not a discount as the quality of food is affected by those 30% you paid less half a year before your holiday. the hotel policy really is '' Unwanted guest you are not welcome here and we will try our best to make your holiday a nightmare! You are forbidden to do anything here! Dont even dream to go back home rested and full of energy, this will not happen if you stay at our hotel!''
The beach is over the main road and it can be reached by a hotel bridge which does not look at all safe for children. the beach has sunbeds but of you want to move them where the shade is you will be in trouble as they are chained to the umbrellas. good news are that there are plenty of other beaches nearby or reachable by boats that you can enjoy.
