“Two separates hotels under one name - the overall rating refers only to the central area”
Reviewed 29 September 2012

I tried to avoid from rating this hotel in the heading because it has two separate sections in one location and under the same name.

The main building and swimming pool with the rooms located in the central area has all the benefit of a 5 star hotel. i.e. nice rooms positioned around the swimming pool, close distance to the beach and to the restaurant. This section deserves the 5 stars.

The other part of the hotel is located in a "backyard" that has a separate swimming pool and bar. Some rooms are "hidden" basement rooms with no terrace or outside view. The distance to the beach or restaurant is too far and the whole area transmitting a feeling of a "step brother" of the central area.

Otherwise, the service is very good. The staff is friendly and willing to help in any request or question. The food is fairly good, not gourmet but wide range variety of products and drinks. The rooms are nicely decorated and have all the facility needed for an enjoyable vacation.

One poor subject for the "communication phreak's" like me is the internet connection. Some rooms have a LAN but most of the rooms don't. so we have to use the Wi-Fi that has several points around the swimming pool and on the beach with very tight bandwidth that doesn't allowed a clean stream of audio or video calls.

Room Tip: DON’T accept the rooms in the "backyard" as 5 star rooms. They are NOT!. Insist to get a...

We have just returned from 10 days holidays at the Natura Park Village. The Windsurf Center is excellent. The Village is nice if you have not booked a family room, which is in a separate area and in a big building on the back. The rooms are clean but the beds are not comfortable. Only one restaurant was open and we often had to wait to find a free table. Most of the tables are inside, so if you like to eat on a terrace, do not go there. The food is correct, it is just disappointing that snacks are only pizza, sausages and pies, all extremely fat. The staff is usually quite rude and not willing to help, for example complaining when we asked cocktail just 5 minutes before the bar close or refusing to warm a baby bottle (not their job). The animation is very poor and extremely loud. If you enjoy supermarket music very loud at the pool, this is a good place to spend your holidays. If you like to relax a bit, I would not recommend this hotel. Finally, you better get up early if you want a sun bed with umbrellas as they are not enough of them.

Pro's: clean, costumer friendly - eager to please costumers, great location with nice views overall, cheap deals offers, quiet and relaxing...only few families with young kids, very nice swimming pool and located by the beach, ideal for wind-surfing location...

Con's: food ok but rather tasteless at times - vegetables refrigerated and so losing it's flavors, beach very rocky so u need shoes while on it, few chairs and umbrellas at the swimming pool and beach so u need to wake up very early to occupy a spot...

All together is not your usual 5 stars hotel, but considering the low price they ask (I payed 550E/per person/per 8days all inclusive + flight from the Netherlands) then is more then a convenient deal and so can't complain much ;-)

Returned at the end of September from seven days at this hotel. We were told by the travel agent that it was rated five star but obviously we were sent to the wrong Natura Park. I had contacted the hotel by e-mail prior to arrival to explain that \i was disabled and requested a ground floor room because of waking difficulties.

On arrival and allocation of the room we were given a lift to the room on a golf buggie. First impression 'great', ground floor and especially as we were provided with a cold snack due to arriving after the restaurant had closed. The room consisted of two areas, a lounge and a bedroom both with flat screen televisions and swarms of ants. The first morning we realised that we had been put in the room that was the greatest distance from the reception area and facilities on the whole complex, not so ;great'.

There is only one restaurant in the hotel, no a la carte as would be expected in a five star.
Ninety five percent of the guests and staff appeared to be from eastern europe and although the staff were in general polite, they did seem to favour those whom they could communicate with. Their just average service may have been due to them not having been paid for two months.
The hotel is modern and in general kept very clean but just lacking in any five star touches, Little things like no coffee in the room although there were tea making facilities. No tonic available at the bars, we had to buy the tonic at the on site supermarket and take it to the bar for a gin and tonic. The food was repetitive and in the most bland with not a massive choice.

The Natura Park village is OK for those who want a resonably cheap three star experience.

Room Tip: Ask for a non English area room.

I've returned today.Definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3.
Drinks that are in the all inclusive offer are of low quality watered down, alcoholic drinks are also of the lowest quality ,food is not good and not well prepared (sour milk for breakfast, smelly fish for dinner).
If the dining area is crowded expect the restaurant manager to sit you at the table where some people who you of course don't know already seat.
Beach is also not ok, or at least not as nice as you would expect for a five star hotel.

Just returned , never again 5* all inclusive more like 2 * part all inclusive. Drinks watered down ,pay extra for tonic or perhaps gin and sprite the new hip drink(i don,t think so ).Food tinned and pre cooked show cooking frying eggs and omlettes at breakfast and that,s it .Eaten alive by flies in restaurant and your food as well . Hasn,t had a proper clean in the 2 years its been open . Rooms ok , but ripped sheets on beds , no shower curtains so showering impossible without making the bathroom a slip hazzard . Terrible drain smells all the time don,t replenish the toilettries etc. No entertainment at all only round pool bit of music and water aerobics really boring compared to other holidays . Staff hit and miss some ok others falling out in front of customers ,you can tell that hotel not interested in guests or only in a fast buck .
Really dissappointed .
