We liked the hotel a lot, it is very modern & stylish. Whover was an interior designer did a good job.
Rooms:
Clean, stylish furniture, free safe box, refrigerator (no mini bar), coffee/tea set with boiler, balcony or terrace, bathrobes. There is a flat screen TV (small) and a DVD player. The only drawback is that there is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the floor gets full of water when you shower.
Bars & restaurant:
All inclusive cocktails, beer, wine. The waiter is very slow in the main bar so you are better off sitting in the bar itself and order drinks there. The food in the restaurant was good and they really made an effort however I noticed that some of the food from lunch would be served for dinner as well, i.e. vegetables, they don't just throw it away (which is good in a sense, but a 5* hotel shouldn't really do that). They have a good choice though, we didn't get bored. If you sit in the terrace you can enjoy the view of the pool and the sea, it is really beautiful especially in the evening when you can see the lights of the villages on the other shore (Turkey).
Pool:
It looks beautiful and there were plenty of free sunbeds so no need to get up early to get one. There is a jacuzzi & kids pool. The water in the pool and jacuzzi was quite cold so we didn't swim much.
Entertainment:
Very poor. There are two girls (and there is a guy as well, but we hardly saw him) and they really struggled to entertain people. They offer to play some games during the day, quite boring and repetative. There is bingo during the night, but it costs 2 euro or smth to enter, the prize is a t-shirt.

The hotel is good value for money, I would recommend it.

We were on Honeymoon and stayed at the Natura Park from 24th Sept for 1 week, we arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by very pleasant reception staff and were taken to our room by a lovely man named Tasos, a plated meal was given to us also, our room was lovely, there were rose petals in the shape of a love heart and swans made out of towels on our bed, fresh flowers and fruit in our room together with a bottle of wine, there is a wall mounted tv, small fridge, ice cube maker, air conditioning, bath robes, soap, shampoo etc, wall mounted hair dryer in bathroom, excellent shower and full sized bath, our room was very clean, towels and sheets were changed every day, we even had our own private pool which was fab, the view from our room (251) was looking towards the beach which we never felt necessary to use, the pool bar was opposite our apartment which opened at 10am until 6pm which served drinks, cocktails, snacks etc, George the barman was very nice. The pool area was very nicely set out with ample sun beds, the main restaurant was very clean and again the staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, lots to choose from. The main bar area was again nice, Mero the barman was a gem and George the Manager couldnt do enough for you, nothing was a problem, the only downfall we found was that there was no entertainment. Doctor is on site every morning for a short period. Hotel is located approx 2.5 miles from Kos town (9 euros in taxi each way) we hired a scooter for 18 euros per day. In summary, a very nice hotel and we would definately recommend to others. We believe there are more works to be carried out over the next few months which should bring this hotel up to 5* standard.

This hotel is a brand new place and had been open since late June our room was lovely and everything about the hotel was very clean and modern nice towelling bathrobes and sheets changed regularly. The food was the best we have had in Greece and loads of choice came back a lot heavier as we were All Inclusive!!!!
We were in the minority as Brits there were a lot of Germans and some Russians and of course the old routine of towels on the sunbeds at dawn still stuck and elbowing at the buffett. I think the hotel has just taken off and it showed in the fluster that was caused in the restaurant at night as there were a lot more people. The let down I am afraid was in the bar at night one barman who was on a go slow and a bit of a prima donna and a rather vacant waitress we waited about 40 to 60mins for a second drink people were doubling up there orders knowing they would have to wait. The entertainment didnt exist really Bingo at 10pm so nearly everybody in the bar had brought a pack of cards entertain yourself. All inclusive drinks didnt include bottled water you had a plastic glass for water. The beach is very poor stones and glass mixed with a bit of gritty sand. I think this hotel will have to look at certain areas to keep its 5star rating. It was a very relaxing hol but boring in the evening.

Thanks to our stay at Natura Park village in Kos (Psalidi) and the beauty of the island we had perfect holidays.
Natura Park is a well organised hotel although it started its operations recently. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Two very special personalities of the hotel were the maitre Mr George and the Chef Mr Sakis. They are both characterised by professionalism, knowledge on their subject. They keep alive the place and its residents.
The hotel is very near to the town, in a quiet area with very easy transportation. Pedestrian and bike road is also available. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, well equiped such as DVD player, flat tv, internet connection, hair dryer, coffee....enough space for covered parking in case of a rental car. Pool area is perfect, no worry of finding available sunbeds and umbrellas, open-air jacuzzi is also available for relaxation under the sun, pool bar and main bar is an oasis for a nice drink, reasonable prices everywhere. A crystal and pebble beach is in front of the hotel with sunbeds and umbrellas available. It deserves the five stars for sure. Some more constructions will take place probably in winter, such as gym, kids center etc
