Beautifully styled hotel, great interior designer, rooms excellent and spacious, pool area also very good. Stayed All Inclusive for 1 week and was disappointed by the food, drinks and entertainment available. Only the 1 restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, snack bar had limited snacks, usually gone by 12 mid day and not replenished, unless you wanted spinach pie. If you are looking for a light meal at lunch, ie sandwich etc., there isn't anything. Lunch in restaurant full 3 courses, not snacks.
Entertainment very poor. Did not like being pestered every night to buy Bingo Tickets (3 for 5 euros or 6 for 10 euros), the prizes are 1 x t-shirt, 1xsouvenir, 1xhenna tatto, 1x bottle of sparkling wine, on the first night we participated, the Entertainers must have taken over 100 euros, the prizes amounted to 20 euros maximum and the game was over once the 1st line had been called!! Who got the rest of the money taken??? Other guests soon cottoned on and wouldn't buy the tickets. The entertainment was provided by other guests getting up and making fools of themselves with dancing games etc., for everyone else to laugh at, embarrasing. Very poor.
Drinks very limited also, there is a list of cocktails, but the bar staff do not have all the ingredients to make the drinks - most should have lemon juice in them, but Fanta lemon gets put in everything instead, therefore you never get the same drink twice! Even the bar tender says all the alcoholic drinks are cheap rubbish and he would not drink them!!
Feel the hotel has the look of a 5* hotel, but let down badly by the food, drink and entertainment. 1 week is definitely enough.
Hope the Manager realises how disappointed guests are and works at increasing the quality of food drink and entertainment to retain its 5 stars.

We stayed for a week here in June and was impressed by the hotel and its overall look. The rooms are lovely and clean with alot of extras for Greece. Good air con and free safe, flatscreen TV and DVD robes towels and toiletries etc. The brochure for this hotel states free wifi HOWEVER you have to pay daily charge with is not excesive but was not free !! Lovely pool and loungers not busy at all loads of loungers free. we was all inclusive and having been all inclusive before at other places this was a little different to say the least. No bottled water, tea awful and milk and snacks are put out daily but you can't ask for anything else like hot food or snacks ect, The one and only barman demtirs ? I think his name was very very busy operating 2 bars by himself the pool bar in the day and the evening bar at night. Hoep he never falls sick the hotel would come to a halt !!!!! he is very nice and helpful but can only so what he can when there is more than 2 people. Tey deffinately need more staff on to help the poor chappie. NOT MANY ENGLISH here at all only 2 other families we found the rest German French and Dutch.
The food was the only let down of this hotel. They clearly cater for Germans and not English at all. They really like their salt everything was highly salted and very greasy. They label nothing so you have to guess what the dishes are including the soup. The deserts are nice and the all the fruit is tinned in syrup. The Entertainment is poor consting of a guy with music on a laptop even then he was told to turn it down by german family !! you get bored so have to go back to room saving them giving drinks. The staff in all are very nice the GM of the hotel is quite aloof .
This hotel is good for a chill out as its quite out of the way you need transport or willing to bus or taxi. The beach is not very good as its stone and grit. ard to get into the sea. The gardens are lovely and It would be good to see this hotel in a couple of years to see how its progressed.

Have just returned from my second visit to the Natura Park in Kos. I was impressed when I visited last year, shortly after the place had opened, and I looked forward with anticipation to my stay in June of 2010.
I am still well impressed with this establishment, which has now expanded with a block of apartments adjacent to `The Village` with their own swimming pool.
Work is also well under-way for a health centre which is below ground level, and covered by some sort of space-age glass construction. I managed to get a couple of photographs of the pool area, but they were taken through the tinted glass, but they do show some detail. I was informed that the centre will be opening "soon" !
Food is still excellent. There is a good choice of salads and hot meals. There really is something for everyone.
Service in the bar is much improved from 2009. The Barman, Demitris, is a real character with a great sense of humour.
The whole complex is spotlessly clean, and the staff are polite and very friendly.
My partner and I had a thoroughly enjoyable week, and I would happily recommend the Natura Park Village to anyone who wants a quality relaxing holiday.

apologies if I repeat what others have said but here goes:Some people may have been disappointed as some of the advertised ameneties were not available but we thought it was great.there was only"entertainment"the first 3 nights then none but as we just like to sit with a glass of wine and relax with the view it didn't bother us.The rooms were very good with fridge/free safe/tv/dvd/plenty of wardrobe space but little drawer space. The bathroom was big with bath/shower/robes/hairdryer and bath foam/shampoo/soap/tissues/needle kit &shower cap. There was mesh on the bathroom window and the balcony doors to keep bugs out.The balconies and patios were not at all private and had slatted fronts and only half way walls between.Restaurant-breakfast was varied-continental/english/cereals&fruit,you could also have omeletes and crepes freshly made. All the hot food was on covered dishes to keep it hot and the bugs out which was a good idea but you had to open most to see what was there as there were few labels. At night there was the salad bar and the covered hot food which was mostly greek(we were in Greece after all)plenty of fresh fruit and a good choice of sweets. There was no rush as there weren't many there. The packed lunches were good but I have no idea what the hotel ones were like as we were out all day. There was no dress code in the restaurant which suprised us.the bus stops at the top of the drive and the walk to town takes about 45 mins but is mostly on a pathwayThe hotel was great but they opened before completing the cosmetics and the gym, extra pools and bars and restaurants although the annexe was completed. For anyone going next season when it is fully operational it will be great. If you want to know more feel free to contact us.

Just arrived back after a week of relaxing by the pool. We had a massive room with a corner whirlpool bath - I thought everyone must have one but apparently not so we were lucky there. Some of the rooms in the grounds looked quite small compared to ours.

The hotel was only about half full so there were always plenty of sunbeds by the massive pool. The weather was still in the mid thirties but there's a breeze off the sea so it was bearable. The pool bar has a lovely view out to sea and it's nice to sit there and watch the ships and yachts go by.

The food was very good but like others I wonder how they'll cope if the hotel's full as the dining room isn't that big even including the outside tables.

As people have remarked not many English people, only 3 other families when we were there, the rest were mostly german and dutch and a few russians. No problems as the staff all speak perfect english and were very willing to help and very pleasant.

The drinks were ok but oddly gin & tonic isn't on all inclusive! The bar service was ok but it did take longer to get a drink as the night went on as the bar got busier later in the evenings.

We took the bus to Kos town one day which was very cheap and only a few minutes to get there, we didn't do any other trips as we'd gone to chill out.

Overall we had a good time and we would consider going back when the hotel's finished to see what it;'s like. There was no building work going on while we were there but there were extra floors half built above the restaurant and bar,

The gardens are quite well planted and there was a lot of landscaping still going on in the beach area. I'm sure in a couple of years when all the planting is established it will look lush. No trouble with mozzies. There are bug screens for the bathroom window and patio doors so you can safely leave your windows open.
