check in went smoothly all inclusive ends at 11pm so as we arrived at 11.20pm had to pay for a drink after a 90 minute transfer!!! even though it is only 22 km from airport.Reception was well manged and generally helpful withe enquiries pity it was LET DOWN by the only MALE member of the day team who was not helpful and had a major problem of just LISTENING to the guests. Room was on the first floor with no real views we were given an option of a garden view the following morning which we accepted.Even though hotel was only 60% occupancy that was the best they could offer.Rooms are very spacious and comfortable and are cleaned to a good standard daily.Breakfast, lunch and dinner were served in what can only be described as a CAFETERIA rather than a restaurant as it had not seen a tablecloth the entire time we were there. The quality and variety of the food was extremely good but was let down by never really been HOT enough.Thank you to DESPINA for the great service and daily smile.Bar was GREAT with no queues at any time HUSEIN(only1 S)was unbelievable AT NO TIME was anything a problem for him and would do anything to please THANK YOU.DEMETRA and ALEX run the bar in the evening and worked tremendously hard and were a great team THANK YOU both.Only issue was no music at all for first week which didn't help with the atmosphere. This was solved by my I-phone linked to their amplifier to improve things.New CD player was finally installed 2days before we left they are still waiting for new discs to be made. Entertainment was NON EXISTANT!!!! this was maybe due to the time of year but it DIDN'T help the time to pass. Hotel when we arrive was hosting the greek and italian youth athletics squads which turned the place into a SCHOOL. With especially the "resaturant"turned into a childrens dining hall.Overall i would say that IF they put into place what they promise this could be a very good place to go. Was as if hotel was not quite ready for buisiness when it opened. If you opt for garden view dont bother with an alarm clock as COCKEREL wakes up at 5AM every morning

Room Tip: 2nd and 3rd floor at the front have great sea views but Don't get the sun.Garden view rooms get...

This hotel is very classy and modern. What I really enjoyed about it was the food. Many all inclusive hotels do not provide quality food, but at Hippocrates there was many high quality options too chose from! The pool area was beautiful and the staff was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel!

What can I say 3/3 times you haven't let us down! We are coming back for a fourth time in June and can't wait.

There's always a warm welcome whether that be from Kiki & co in the day or the night porter in the early hours.

Rooms are kept spotless and the maids communicate well, taking into account your requests for late cleaning etc.

I'm a fussy eater but there was never a meal where I couldn't eat. There's always at least two meats, fish and loads of fresh salad & veg.

The Maître & team in the restaurant are always friendly from 7am to when the last guest finishes their dinner 9pm and onwards. There's hardly ever a table left unprepared for more than a few minutes and the staff are always willing to take into account any special requests.

All in all we love Kos and we love the hotel. The sister hotels are as good too!

Keep up the good work and we'll see you soon! Can't wait to try Mix&Match in June too. It opened after we left in May and closed before we arrived in October last year!

Well the hotel was not so nice but the management and staff were great. We faced some problems but the manager was always there to solve it. The room is nice but not so clean and only when we told to the manager, they made it very neat. The pool area is nice and you can use Maris pool which is the other hotel of the company. I will go again to this hotel!

Lovely and quiet hotel situated 20 minutes beach walk to the city centre. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good value for price. Thank you for one of the reception supervisors. We did mistake on our booking. Lovely girl let us stay a couple of hours longer and enjoy the facilities in resort during waiting for our bus home

Overall well done!

Room Tip: choice a Hipocrates for quiet stay

This hotel is immaculately clean, modern and spacious. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice varied menu but can get a little repetative but the food is well cooked/presented especially the salad bar there is everything. The bus into Kos town stops straight outside the hotel and there is also a little shop there which is much cheaper than the hotel shop.

Booked a lovely anniversary holiday for the - what looked like - the beautiful Hippocrates hotel. When we checked in with the rude reception staff, we were told we were at the Maris next door which is shoddy and very 90's compared to the Hippocrates. After 2 days of complaints was eventually moved to Kipriotis Village down the road but still very disappointing compared to what we had booked. Will never book to stay at Kipriotis again and definitely never use First Chice/Thomson/TUI again!!!
