On arrival for our 2 week stay, we were told they were overbooked and our self catering studio flat was not yet available and wouldn't be until Saturday lunchtime. (we arrived on Wed. evening!) We were told we could have a room in their "annexe" until then. It was about 300 metres or so up the road and had lots of power failures. All this was very disruptive as we didn't want to unpack only to have to pack all over again on changeover day. Also, we didn't buy many provisions, large water etc. as we didn't want to have to lug it all down the road to our studio flat. On the Saturday of changeover I made the mistake of asking what time we would get our apt only to be told we had to be out of the current one by mid-day as they might need the room! No way. We refused. We got in to our studio eventually by 3ish. Very spacious with lots of storage but very basic amount of cutlery etc. Bathroom floor always wet as no shower curtain, but always kept lovely and clean by the hard working cleaners. The dog being caged behind the apts and then being brought round and chained to the swings every evening really upset me. I feel that the overbooking (we weren't the only ones) was not a mistake but just greed. Needless to say, we would never stay there again. Kos town is lovely and well within walking distance, about 20mins.
