Stayed here recently for Quiet Man Triathlon. Great host (only met Ann). Lovely room, exceptionally clean, actually everywhere inside and out is prestine. Had early start and there was no problem with organising early breakfast - no skimping on what was on offer either - she couldn't feed us enough. Only down side was that we were only staying for one night. Absolutely great value for money, price does not reflect the quality of whats on offer here.

We went to Cong Ireland to see the Quiet Man museum and filming sites, that was fun and this Bed and Breakfast was excellent. It is on a very quite road just outside of town with spectacular views are of a valley then mountains to the west. Breakfast was great, very comfortable room and friendly helpful hosts. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here in April 2014 and found that Hazel Grove was excellent. We can confirm that the previous reviews about the quality of accommodation and food are more than justified as we were extremely pleased. The owners, Ann and Jerry Coakley, bend over backwards to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. This is a very relaxing place to stay with magnificent views of the mountains and as it was April and the height of the lambing season, there were newborn lambs running around in the surrounding fields.
A big thank you to Ann and Jerry!

Totally agree with previous reviews. The very high standards of the accommodation were exceeded only by the hospitality, friendliness and excellent service offered by the hosts Ann and Gerry. Fantastic Irish breakfast more than enough to keep you going throughout the day. Excellent rooms and facilities, very comfortable and clean. Beautiful location and very well maintained gardens. Ideal base for touring Conemarra and the West of Ireland. We were absolutely delighted with everything. No hesitation in recommending "Hazel Grove".

Excellent place! Ann is lovely. She showed us to our room gave us tea & cookies and gave us a map of the town. She gave us suggestions on what to do and where to eat in town. The room was emaculate. the entire house is neat and clean & the grounds are very well kept. The breakfast was delicious, fresh brown bread and scones. Would highly recommend staying here!
