We stayed over one night on our way home to Sweden. Very polite and serviceminded staff. Small room for three persons. Cozy and silent neighbourhood with old houses. Take a walk there. Good food in the restaurant and a sufficient breakfast. There is also a restaurant just a block from the hotel called Samarkanda where you can eat tasty Italian food.

We only stayed here one night on preparation to head to airport the next morning. Hotel is modern and clean and has a very good breakfast included in the rate. Wifi is not free and was 7 euro. Also taking a cab from the train station to the hotel was 20 euro and literally took less than two minutes. We felt a little ripped off by this. Not the hotels fault. Free shuttle to airport next morning. Overall fine for a hotel airport.

The shuttle is a joke!!! We stood in the cold with 4 kids ranging in age from 4months to 9 years for a hour and half until we just got a taxi. That shuttle never came and upon getting to the hotel the receptionist with her bad attitude called me a liar. She said that the shuttle driver told her that he did go to terminal 2. A HOT MESS!!! After checking in we see the driver pick up the hotel sign and put it on the window of the van.
Due to having a baby with us I needed a kettle to make bottles through the night and it was disgusting. Not only was it nasty but they didn't even provide a power converter for it.

Lets start with the lack of shuttle service. check in isnt until 2 but no shuttle until 6 the rooms were sub par, WIFI 7e per device per day, weve just travelled to 5 countries and NEVER paid for it 2 towels in room, the place stinks of cigerette smoke, the computers downstairs are worn out, this place should be retired..... even for a 16hr layover it stinks

Room Tip: sheraton at the airport anywhere but here

They said their airprot shuttle come buy every 30 minutes. Despite calling them upon arrival, it took them 70 minutes to pick us up from Terminal 2 in freeezing weather. It appears that they have/had one shuttle which would first go by Terminal one then two. After picking us up from terminal 2 with people on board (mind you there are only two terminals) the driver went back to terminal one to pick up one ticked off family. Upon arrival to the hotel which is situated in an industrial neighborhood (equipment lots all around) 1hr 30 minutes after stepping out on to the terminal 2 curb, I'm told that they can take us back to the airport in the morning. "What time do you need to be there", "oh 8? well our shuttle is booked from 5 through 9. You'll have to get there later.!!!! or we can call you a taxi". Cost us 15 Euros where it should have been free. Now the room. The room looked worst than any Motel 8 or youth hostel I've ever been in. Bed lamps where ripped off their wall sockets onto the floor, scuff marks all over the walls, and the heater would not turn off. It was 90+ degrees in there. I had to open the windows to create my own airconditioning. Breakfast was good. If with a family, save yourself the trouble. Find a better place.

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel.

We chose this hotel as it was close to Malpensa Airport and wished to visit the city of Milan during our stop over.
Their is a hotel shuttle bus which you can book directly with the hotel or you can use the airport shuttle bus which drops you off on the main road but then you have a 10 minute walk. The hotel is not very well signposted so the hotel bus is a must.
On arrival at the hotel we were dealt with quickly and courteously by the reception staff. Our room was clean and well appointed for a budget hotel with very comfortable beds. The room also had a safe and mini bar.
Breakfast was extensive with a good choice hot food and continental style food.
Overall I was impressed with this hotel and would recommend it to friends

The hotel has a shuttle operating between 5am and 10am and 6pm-11pm if I am not mistaken. Even during these times you must call the hotel first, which is a challenge on its own since it is hard to find the telephone number among different websites. We arrived at the airport at 12 pm and were hoping for the shuttle to come by. After calling the hotel and being informed by the rude receptionist that the shuttle would not run until 6pm, she informed us we could take a taxi (20-25 euros for less than 3 km distance). I inquired about a bus service ans she replied with a cold no. I read on tripadvisor that someone had taken the bus operating between terminal 1 and terminal 2 and asked her again. She then gave me some vague information and hung up the phone. At terminal one you go underground at the service area 5, past the Sheraton hotel entrance. There you will take the free bus to Terminal 2 which has several stops in between. Be sure to request your stop as the bus driver will not stop otherwise. You need the second stop which is for Case Nove (I guess the village in which the hotel property is located). From the bus station stop, you will turn left toward the airport and Holiday Inn hotel. Be careful as the road is not meant for pedestrians. Follow the signs for restaurant Salamanca and the hotel is close to the restaurant (across from it sort of). We were given a room with two queen size beds regardless of requesting a king size bed, We were told they were sold out although there were maybe 6 other occupants in the hotel (Monday night). Thermostat was always on - too hot and we could not turn it off. We kept the window open. The walls were dirty. The property needs immediate attention. The breakfast was good and the shuttle service in the morning was ok. The property was too expensive for what it offered. No free wi fi either. I could have stayed 100 meters down the street for $50 less.

Room Tip: Good luck. The property is 2 star at best.
