Brought the family to Strangford for a couple of days rest and had heard of the Cuan from a press article a while back. Easy to book online and arrived early evening.
We were welcomed by Peter the manager fella and he was able to look after our every need. The room was at the front and had a single and a double bed - we also had a cot. We were able to get a decent view of the village from the room.
The cuan is a good base from which to see the local area. We visited the Aquairium via the Ferry and Castle Ward National Trust property. Many other things to do.
The breakfast was terrific with a great range of fresh produce. The fresh fish special were very tasty - monkfish my favourite.
Would be happy to return - The staff were great. It's a little off the beaten track, buit that's what we wanted.
