As you enter this restaurant it's a bit like entering the dining room of a large Italian family. It's not flash but very homely. No menu's and the first lady that served us spoke no English so with my minute grasp of Italian I managed to order a Primi course that I understood (meat ravioli). It was absolutely delicious, both my husband and I loved it.
An Italian family then came in also and began telling us about the various dishes served and then offering us tastes of their antipasti course which was again delicious.
Finally we had the main courses offered to us by a new waitress who did speak some English and we chose steak and lightly fried fish which didn't disappoint.
The whole experience was delightful and even with a bottle of red, under €50 for the two of us so a bargain as well.
Definitely worth a visit.
