We stayed at the Locanda Milano hotel for several nights while in Italy. We enjoyed a very good breakfast here every morning, but also ate dinner at the restaurant one evening. Our experience was particular to the “Tourist menu,” which we found to be a good value. (Each evening we enjoyed the local wine, bread, freshly carved prosciutto and cheese. So “light dinners” were our preference.) We also enjoyed the bar area of the restaurant several nights. It is very much a “local hangout.” Few of the locals speak English, but they were very friendly in conversation, offered to buy us drinks, etc. Even if you do not choose Locanda Milano for dining, you should at least stop by for a drink. You will find some very friendly locals!
