If you want to have your value for money, this is a place to go. The family is very nice and helpful. The flats are clean and functional, and pools and jacuzzi are very easily accessible. Going to the lake front is an easy 3 minute walk, and the walk by the lake is just wonderful. Do not miss to use the spa! :)

Apartment is a good size, clean, and the establishment is beautifully maintained, however there a a few things that detracted from the quality of our stay. There is a LOT of noise from the apartment above-chairs scraping, footsteps, people going to the toilet, toilet flushing and so on. The mattress is rock hard and the pillows lumpy. One of the owners has a new toy - a leaf blower that he uses for hours at a time every day and that woke us from siesta. There is not a lot of privacy with all the balconies facing inward over the pool and apartment courtyards. The family is very helpful and friendly however. The complex was not easy to find getting off the bus. Great holiday apartments for families but reconsider if you are a travelling couple. Domaso itself is lovely to walk around, explore and relax. Don't come here expecting shopping and nightlife.

Great two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday (including DVDs). The main balcony was large with a great outdoor setting so we could eat all our meals outdoors, perfect with children! The communal laundry was easy to use and the pool area great. What was most impressive was the wonderful hospitality we received - the family were knowledgable about the area, extremely helpful and so kind to our infant children. A great base for relaxing and also exploring the Lake Como region!

We had a great experience here, the apartment was large and spacious a great base for exploring the lake.we left a pair of sneakers after us and the owners very kindly posted them on to us.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is Domaso isn't a great town.

It was my family's first visit to Lake Como and I didn't know what to expect. I had actually booked elsewhere but when I saw this particular jewel hidden away I just wrote-off my advance paid and simply picked up my luggage and walked over. These are excellent quality apartments with a fully functional kitchen, seem very new, nicely / tastefully furnished with all the amenities. It has a very nice spa with all 'working' equipment and an outside pool and jacuzzi as well. The location is excellent with the lake at walking distance and beautiful views of the mountains from the multiple balconies attached to each apartment. The village restaurants, bars and a large grocery store are also all a short walking distance. The Resort gives you free secure covered parking and very nicely maintained bicycles to ride along the lake. Most of all we were very touched by the lovely family that owns and runs the facility, they are always available and go out of their way to accommodate requests. This was an experience very close to like living with an italian family. We would definitely go back.

Room Tip: These are apartments with fully fitted kitchens, there is no room service but there are lots of rest...

we have just left this hotel this weekend and have really enjoyed our stay, we had 4 nights in this residence and can not fault the faciities whatsoever, the town of domaso is a little on the quiet side but if you can handle that then this is a great place to experience it from.. a dvd library available free for guests is just 1 of the perks..the only downside is the cost of final cleaning which at 45euro is high, especially considering the initial cost..that said it is not included if you stay 7 nights or more...

Room Tip: ask for the room livo 1, ideal spot for the main pool and hot tub right outside your own little gard...
