A small elegant family run Hotel right beside the Lake. Beautiful breakfast room and food in a lovely setting, well worth taking a walk (just be careful along the road, narrow, no footpath and speedy buses) in either direction and house spotting. Great restaurant my wife and I enjoyed an anniversary dinner. Worth a night or two, but maybe two small if you want an extended stay (go up the road and pay more at a hotel in Bellagio). Totally agree with mw7537, BeeBirmingham & HenrikS comments.

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony room, 2nd Floor (there's no elevator).

A small family run hotel right by the water's edge. Our room was beautiful inside and right over the water (202) and they had upgraded us as we were celebrating an occasion. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. More than that everyone working in the hotel was so helpful and we were very grateful for their advice on places to visit etc. my only suggestion would be to have mosquito nets over the window to enable us to fling them open and enjoy the fresh air- although the air conditioning worked very well too.

Right on the water is this pretty hotel situated. Our room was small, but very nicely furnished and the bed was really comfy. Had our private terrace on the big terrace by the water. Inexpensive drinks in the restaurant but the hotel stay was expensive (180€ for one night)

The hotel is situated some kilometres from Bellagio, beside the road. The traffic can be a bit disturbing at times. Across the road there's a restaurant and a pizzeria which was a quite good experience. Popular lunch spot, as both locals and tourists arrive in boats. Might be wise to book a table in advance.

We had a room with a lake view on the second floor. It's recommendable as the view is spectacular. The interior is basic and clean. The bed was a bit hard. A wide selection of soaps, lotions etc. AC and WIFI included.

The check in and out was swift and the staff helpful. There are SUP boards and kayaks available (complimentary)for the hotel guests. They have also got a sundeck with sun beds which are available for the guests of the hotel. You can also rent a boat for water skiing, wakeboarding or just transportation. Across the lake you can paddle to see the Villa Balbaniello(used in the Naboo scene from the Star Wars movie), a beautiful resort with an astonishing garden.

We have recently spent 3 nights at this very nice hotel in a small non touristy village. We have booked rooms with view of the Lake and balcony. You can see the lake from your bed. Hotel had a great breakfast, clean rooms and excellent service.
What is very special that they have private beach, boats and bikes. You want to have at least 1 full day on this property doing nothing and enjoying all local activities. Hotel also has nice restaurant with great seafood selection and excellent prices.

This hotel, whilst not in one of the main towns, has everything you could want. The rooms are clean and bright and our has a fantastic room and balcony over the lake, the deck areas are perfect for some sun lounging, and the food is phenomenal. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and each time was delicious (and we ate at some Michelin starred places other days!). The seafood pasta is one of the best I've had, and the lasagna a classic Italian must-eat. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

You can get the ferry to nearby towns, or there is a convenient bus every hour from the center of Lezzeno. The hotel conveniently supplied timetables for buses and ferrys, and even provided bus tickets to use (billed at cost to your room, and you can return any you don't use) so there was no fussing with money and ticket machines at different locations.

There are multiple water sports to try here, we hired a power boat and took a tour around the lake. You can hire by the hour, it's at a very reasonable rate and gives a wonderful view of the whole lake. You can even arrive at a town/restaurant in style and moor up until you are ready to leave!

I recommend using this hotel as a great base for some visits around Lake Como.

Room Tip: Lake view is a must.
