This was a great little rental for travelling around Como. We were 1 couple and 1 family (small children 2&4 ) and we never felt cramped, despite the 4 of us sharing a room :) There`s not huge amounts of space for kiddies to run around, but ours were happy for the few nights.
The hostess was so friendly and incredibly helpful. We just had to make do with hand signals and the very basics of each language that the other knew. There`s wifi though so we could google finer details. Breakfast was DIY, but the goodies were there and restocked every day.
The nearest swimming beach is about a 5 minute walk away and the boat which goes hourly (roughly) is about a 10-15 minute walk. There`s a small shop up the road with the essentials but we stocked up in Bellagio on delicious meats and wine etc. If you want to go out for dinner, make sure you book - every night. Mondays most things are closed so we ended up having to drive to Bellagio for dinner as the only restaurant open, Aurora, was fully booked.
The views are amazing and I`d definitely recommend a sunset swim and picnic at the local beach!

Beautiful location, this b&b was the perfect accomodation for our 6 nights.
The hostess was exceptionally helpful from circling bus timetable to doing our washing and hanging it out whilst we were out!
The flat has good facilities, lovely bathroom and a stunning view over lake.
The only negative for the place was the lack of a fan as it got quitehot at night and my partner couldnt sleep -we could not open windows due to the lake insects and got lots of bites.
Main positives are the generous, yummy breakfast, proper coffee always there and the lovely hostess who will do anything to improve ur stay including always checking we knew it was a festival day so the shops would be closed.
Top stay and super service. Our hostess always tried to speak English to us- much better than our Italian and was full of helpful tips. It was right next to the bus stop and near a local shop.
We also really enjoyed the outside areas- would definitely return :)
