Overcooked green tagliolini with squid (...not much) and small olives as a starter for 30 euros, half a lobster salad for 40 euros, sea bass in clay without taste (or was it the orange marmalade on the plate that should have add some), a tempura of vegetables and shrimp...nothing to write or to be enthusiastic about...250 euros....if this deserves a star than the pizzeria nearby deserves at least 2 stars and is much cheaper. A lot of dishes include some mint .... In my view ...to disguise lack of quality and freshness?
As the hotel, this restaurant is in full decline...it uses still the same pricing as when it had a star..but that was already a while ago. We were very disillusioned. By the way checkout the wine list: it is enormous, but 95% are old wines (90 ties)... Expensive and no recent wines (2007 and up): sign that there is no budget anymore for young good wines...unless the old ones are sold. Do not take the detour!
