Hotel no way a 3 star rooms not clean we could not bathe or shower as the bath was filthy and the shower only worked if you stood against the wall if you took shower head off no water came out the water was always icy cold never hot in the 10 days we were there
food same dayin day out and mostly cold no holiday reps no-one speaks english at reception so you can't complain (they can understand but don't want to)

Room Tip: Don't go unless you want a dirty room up lots of stairs

we booked a last minute hols as we always do once a year we were over joyed by the lovley place of silliot lovley beach far right or far left sa coma we met some lovley people and had some good times.the food was basic repetitive but fresh and clean restaurant but we didnt go hungry at all.plenty of places to go out eat if you wanted to .our room was very small no air con and no plugs that worked so we couldnt use even a fan first two days till they fixed the electrics the proplem was no one but about two spoke any english !!.then a few days later the shower packed up we couldnt be bothered to go try report again as we couldnt speak spanish a waste of stress used the bath so at least we could wash.there were no lifts 57 stairs up and up everytime to your room so travellers be aware of that it was a killer and we to fit mature ladies in our 50s !!!.we wouldnt stay there again ever !! but we would stay elsewhere in silliot there are some lovley places we got a cheap deal so we didnt expect to much we made the most of our holidays people staying were most friendly lovley spanish bar man short man the rest were rather gloomy !!! but came around a little as the days went on !! just keep smiling your on holiday !! the pool was nice but we found it to noisy so the beach was quieter .we wouldnt recommend the hotel at all as out room was opposite a cocktail bar that made noise till 3am in the morning hence we didnt get hardly any sleep ! with noise and heat .we were glad to be home in our quiet bedrooms to sleep in england !!.but if you can stick a cheap hols with poor accamadation the area and the beach have endless restaurants shops club bars loads to do and see lovley boat trips market trip etc etc never be bored plenty for the kids to fair tramoplines car rides ghost train etc etc live music abba was great !!!!!! so we enjoyed ourselves all in all just wouldnt stay at this hotel ever again .if you do go and stay if you want your sheets changed or towles put your towles in the bath and strip your own bed otheriwse you dont get sheets changed all your stay not nice !!!! .we arrived late and reception man did offer us a drink and sandwiches and showed us where to go as very complicated when you dropped off at the end of the road and dont no where to get in have to go to sister hotel to be shown where to go and yes its stairs all the way 57 steps no lifts so we wont be going back there but silliot is a lovley place defiently go again stay elsewhere .

have never felt the need to write a review before, and unfortunately i ignored the other comments on here just thinking they were too fussy, how wrong was i???? the location of the hotel just about made the hotel bearable.... food, very repetitive and not nice at all, i mean battered Brussels???? no entertainment at all, not even for the kids. The rooms were small and hot with no air con, but you can hire a fan for 17 euros for the week. When looking around at the other hotels nearby this hotel and its sister hotel next door were an embarrassment, need a complete overhaul, so run down. If you read these comments to decide whether to stay here or not, my advice, pay that little bit extra and go somewhere else, we wished we had of done.

I booked this Hotel for my Family we were told it was 3 star but it turned out to be a 2 Star. We arrived some were near the Hotel at 2am we were just dumped it took 3/4 hour to find it.
At last we found it the night porter was very helpfull he took us to our room down the road not in the Hotel were he was. The rooms were cleaned each day but there was no fan so we had to hire one from the main Hotel for 17euro not a good start to our holiday. The food was the same every day the wife went to get a cold drink and it was full of ants they did nothing about it some of the bar staff were very rude one in partic'ular. On the Sunday we were there we went in for the main meal and all the table,s were set with wine and flowers so we thought this is great the wife went to site down and she was told we must eat out in the bar area has this was for the Spanish O.A.P.s . only I dont think this was very fair has we were here on Holiday. We must say the only good thing that came out of our Holiday we met some very nice people just a shame about the Hotle.

We booked this for five people all inclusive for less than a grand so we didn't expect much. As it turned out, although the hotel is pretty run down, the holiday was great. The food is reasonable, typical Spanish hotel food, a bit boring...the staff are lovely and the area is really nice.
Do be aware that the all inc option is only for local cheap booze and it finishes at 10pm and there are no ice creams etc for the kids but ice cream is available at each mealtime.
Rooms are old and basic but clean. Poolside furniture is old and tatty but sturdy. At the end of the day go there with the intention of having a good time and thats what you will get. Don't book a cheapie and expect 5 star luxury.
