Service was superb, well presented with little extras Like an hors d'oeuvres and a liqueur to finish. But the kitchen staff are Chinese, so the food was very fresh and tasty, but the prawns had a sweet and sour sauce on them which was not clear on the menu. But still pleasant and recommended, especially if you like Spanish/ Chinese fusion!

If I'm honest a bizarre place but the food and hospitality was superb. The menu is a bit strange but justbspeak with the staff. The fish casserole was excellent and best I've ever had and the fillet steak was very good also. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

We came across this restaurant by chance one night walking along , seven of us sat down and was greeted by Lin , and Mantis , we all ordered different dishes and not one of us could fault anything of there dish , it was lovely food , infact it was that good we went back two days later for another evening, if your looking to eat in Callao Salvaje, you can’t go wrong with this place . One day we will be back .

The food here is good, however the menu is limited and very poorly translated into English. The wait staff are helpful and will explain but it makes you feel a bit stupid when duck is mentioned 5 times on the menu yet you still don't know what to order. I had the fish of the day which was sea bass, perfectly cooked and great value at 12 Euros. My wife had the beef bourginon which at 15 Euros is pushing it a bit. There are other more expensive dishes on the menu but I doubt they are of any better quality than what we had.
The only other thing I didn't like is the outside dining is directly below residential apartments so you can hear their music and their domestics but if you stare out over the palm trees towards the beautiful view of the sunset then it can be a pleasurable experience.

Whenever we visit Tenerife we eat here at least twice each week. The food is out of this world and Lin the owner is so nice, nothing is too much trouble. When we visit, Lin remembers which wine we like. The crispy prawns wrapped in noodles and fried are the best prawns I have ever tasted, you can have for starter or main course. Their cafe gourmand dessert is to die for.
