I don't like to post bad reviews, but this place just deserves everyone to be aware it is NOT worthed to spend any amount of money.
Me and my boyfriend booked 14 nights all inclusive through on the beach( wouldn't use them either) and we ended up in a rural little village or end of it surrounded by hotels which are still building sites and 6,7 restaurants which are quite expensive in general for Tenerife.
Unfortunately we had to try them all as the food in the hotel was absolutely disgusting and undercooked at all times.
Once i got a spring roll which was even frozen inside?! You always have rice with leftovers from the previous meal but its also undercooked. Meat including chicken is also nearly raw if yhere is any different than chicken wings and drumsticks - this is unchangable in the menu.
Well the offer I paid for said you can order a la carte, but you can't. I asked for an omlette once as I didn't eat anything of the strange and horrible things they had and I was told they can' t do it.
Next disappointment - rooms : yes- they are big including the balconies, but thats about it. Very old, tired and dirty. I will attach pics of the room when we checked in. Housekeeping is coming in every 2 or 3 days and all they do is to make the bed and leave you towels. If you ask them to come back in an hour thats it- another 2 days gone. No sweeping, no mopping , but they generously have left you a brush and a mop to do it yourself. Even in a hostel service would be better.
Bathroom - it stunk on urine so bad when we entered. Waredrobes - stink. Live out of a suitcase if you go.
Sofa - broken and dirty.
I will give you some info which you cant read in the offers about that all inclusive hotel: restaurant breakfast 8- 10.30 ; lunch : 13-14.30; dinner : 19- 21.30;
And thats it. But you can cook in the room if you get hungry meanwhile or if there isn't any food left in the restaurant.
Oh, and the pool shuts at 18h and one very rude lady lifeguard kicks everyone out.
Unfortunately they dont kick them out when kids start jumping in the pool at 1, 2 am.
In the bar you have to pay for decent brands alchohol. Otherwise you get something I would question it's normal spirit drink. Shuts: 22.50h

Los Americas is 50 mins by bus
Nearest beach arround 2, 3 kilometers narrow road - tiny one and has no sand.

I can keep going on and on but there is no point! Don't make my mistake as money are not worthed even if it was half the price I paid.

The last pic is the bath tub! And the ceiling was falling on top.

This is a wonderful location and the apartments are large and very clean. Food was good although basic. Beach is a 5 minute walk away as are the bars and restaurants.

The only thing I would say is that if you are elderly or struggle with stairs this is not the place for you as it is on a hill and the apartment blocks have stairs.

Reading reviews the place can come across as awful but its not that bad. Yes there are lots of steps but pool and sea view rooms are lovely. Food great evening entertainment limited. The 4 pools are nice and clean and we never had a issue getting a bed. A short walk outside the hotel and you will find a few bars shops and restaurants with lovely Ocean views. The only issue with the complex and you need to be aware of this when booking there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms or restaurant. This can make it very uncomfortable.

Room Tip: Poolside and sea view rooms lovely

Arrived here on 12th July and stayed for 10 days. Our apartment was very clean and maids came in every other day to change the bedding and towels.
Food can be repetitive and a lot of the time it was the same stuff but with a different sauce, desserts was ok and the breakfast went down well.

The pool area was good as we got same beds everyday during our stay, the life guard Delia was really nice even though I was tormenting her, but still had a laugh.

The bar opens at 10.30 am and shuts bang on 11pm and drinks are only served in small plastic cups and your only allowed 2 drinks per customer, but the bar staff work hard.
Not much entertainment but Daniel the entertainer works hard and keeps the kids occupied with games.

We're on our 3rd day of a week long stay and we're pleasantly surprised with the place after reading some of the reviews on here. The room we've got for 3 people is more than adequate, 2 adults in the bedroom child on the pull out bed under the settee.
There are 3 pool areas, the top one is the quieter one, the middle one where the bar is and the lower one where the restaurant is. We haven't struggled to get a sunbed yet although people do put their towels down and leave, only gripe is that there aren't many umbrellas for shade but you can sit by the bar in the shade.
Breakfast is the best meal of the day if you want a full English or cereals, we haven't starved at dinner or evening meal, our fussy son hasn't complained so there will be something you like. Soft drinks, wine and beer in the restaurant and bar are self serve thus avoiding any queues which you find at other hotels.
The area around the hotel is very quiet but we just wanted a peaceful holiday so it suits us. All in all for the price we paid we have nothing to complain about, yes the hotel could do with a make over but so far so good.
