You may think that Ibiza is neither classy or good value; a stay in San Antonio can be dreadful whilst accommodation in decent parts of Ibiza can burn a serious hole in your pocket. This apartment/hotel is in a nice quiet area of town but with plenty of amenities nearby and only a 15 walk to the old town. It is worth paying an extra ten euros per day for the sea view, which is honestly spectacular.

Eating: The free buffet-style breakfast is a pleasant affair on the beach front or in the open restaurant area. Although the quality of breakfast is not particularly high, they do cater for all tastes; from a hang-over curing British fry up to Spanish Jambon, cheese & tomatoes on toast, as well as the essential fruit and yoghurt (particularly important in Ibiza to compensate slightly for the previous night's sins). The menu in the restaurant looked very interesting but there are also a number of alternatives along the sea front.

The apartment: Very spacious, modern and clean. Was great to have a large lounge with kitchenette and 2 sofas, as well as the all-important balcony with table, chairs and sea view. Always a relief to have a plug socket next to the bed and one next to the mirror! The bed was firm, it was very quiet at night, air con good, shower excellent pressure. There is a safe in the wardrobe in the bedroom and you can ask reception for the key. You can also rent (for 50 euros CASH, which is returned later) a beach bag with towels. This is perfect if you are travelling with hand luggage only....I wish I'd known!

Relaxing in the sun: The tiny beach in front of the hotel is nice to look at or go for a refreshing swim. If you want to lie on a sun lounger it will set you back a hefty seven euros a day. The pool is a better option with plenty of sun beds or the top floor "heaven" (as the staff call it), which has a good view and numerous sun beds on a grass turf with a few atmospheric cacti.

Staff: A great bunch of helpful and friendly individuals. They'll book you a taxi if you need to go anywhere and they only take a few minutes to arrive. Check out is at midday but if you have an evening flight you can shower in the disabled toilet downstairs and they will give you a towel, shampoo and shower gel!

Parking: There is secure parking available (apparently) at a fee but we parked for free in a side street with no bother.

Things to do: boat trips go from the beach right by the hotel to Formentera, renowned for it's beaches. Lio is a nearby, amazingly surreal cabaret style night out (but very expensive). Walk to Dalt Vila, a beautiful UNESCO world heritage site. Eat tapas. Drink Sangria. Enjoy!

Room Tip: Ten euros per day for a sea-view room is worth splashing out for (excuse the pun)

I have just come home from a 4 night break at this hotel. I travelled alone and the staff went out their way to make me feel welcome. Beautiful contemporary rooms with flat screen tv, bath, shower, soap, shampoo, fresh towels daily, utensils for cooking. I was on the 4th floor, room 32 overlooking the sea. I was told I'd been given the best room and it was!! I'd sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the sun rise. The guys here are lovely and extremely friendly! Food is lovely. Breakfasts are gorgeous, lovely fresh bacon, eggs, beans, tomatoes, continental meats and breads, fresh juices, herbal teas, coffee - just divine. The complex is spotless, the pool beautiful and clean. Ample supermarkets close by. 40 minute walk along the coast to Playa den Bossa! Beautiful beach. A short walk to Ibiza town/old town. Lots of bars and restaurants. I'd recommend this to anyone! I was totally chilled. The receptionist still owes me a beer for helping him write to sign for the roof terrace lol. I may return to take him up on it. Lovely man!!!!

Room Tip: 4th floor, no smoking rooms facing the sea - room 32 to 35. I was in 32.

The hotel ist well located right at the beach. Everything there is quality oriented while very down-to-earth. Light cuisine, fresh juices and great breakfast are offered in the cosy in-house restaurant. Staff is very attentive and enabled us a wonderful stay! Such personal service is very refreshing and shows the management's passion for quality. Thank you so much, we will come to you again!

Three of us ladies stayed in a one bed apartment. Just enough space. TV and kitchen was ample for our needs. Aircon was also good.
Balconies had towel driers/washing lines. Shower was good, powerful and hot.
This place is great for walking into Ibiza Town (15 mins) and the reception desk will call you a cab if you want to go further on.
Breakfast is just downstairs and there are plenty of brilliantly priced places overlooking the sea if you fancy a change.
Parking - they have an underground parking section across the road from them so you will always have somewhere to park at night!
Pool - was a bit noisy but there is a small bit of beach just outside the hotel if it's sand that you're after.
All in all - would definitely go back.

Room Tip: Pool views are good if you don't mind being able to see others across the courtyard! They're quieter than the ones over looking the road.

We were on the road for 140 nights. The Apartamentos Llobet is one of our favorite places.

Positives:
1) The staff was wonderful! Helpful, kind, informative, friendly, spoke great English
2) Location was wonderful! Right on the beach. Close to everything.
3) The apartment was spacious, smallish bedroom, but nice kitchen living area,
great balcony over looking the beach.
4) Breakfast was wonderful! Served in the restaurant, its cooked to order.
Fabulous service, great food.

I would highly recommend this place. The only negative is that we couldn't stay longer.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the top floor overlooking the beach.
