Booked through broadway for a 3 night trip with my mum (mothers day gift for her). What a excellent surprise, clean hotel, impeccable service, wonderful location and lovely food.

It's rained the entire time so we took full advantage of the all inclusive offer (3 for2) book able gym and spa.

Would recommend as it was great.

A quick 3 day break to Ibiza with flights, 3 nights hardboard, including drinks to the tropical gardens in Ibiza was not spoilt by the unseasonal thunderstorms and heavy rain and hail but by the real sloppy and uncaring service from the hotel staff.
The only redeeming feature of the hotel was the fantastic view, everything else was well below par, and this was even more concerning considering the hotel was full, for the first week of the new season.
The bar staff were surly, restaurant was lacking any character, too busy with some guests having to wait for more than 30 minutes and it was well below average food. the rooms were clean, beds too hard and there was very intermittent wifi (even though it was advertised as wifi throughout)

Room Tip: If you want to visit the quiet side of Ibiza then make sure you request a sea view room and definite...

Just come back from a cheapie three day night with the girls, and overall we had a great time. I would agree with a lot of the previous comments, it's not the most luxurious place I've stayed but it was cheap and cheerful, the staff were friendly, we were offered a great deal when we arrived, 40€ per person for the all inclusive package, so we didn't have to think at all once we paid the extra. Lots of families, some of the younger children could have done with a bit more supervision around the pool as one little lad fell in, right in front of us, luckily his little mate was there to pull him out before we got to him, parents not bothered, which was a bit scary. Food was fine, good choice, plenty of it, but I guess it would get a tad boring if you were there for a week. The town itself is a short 10 minute walk away, lovely quiet place, not sure if that's the same during the peak season. Not the most lively of places, however we did find a "locals bar" up the road from the Pasha shop, good fun. The hotel entertainment wasn't what we went there for, so a quick dash through the main room solved that. As u said, cheap and cheerful, not quite the party capitol, but hey hoh, maybe those days are well and truly over!

Ejoyed a three night stay at this hotel earlier this week, very cheap. Hotel is not a 4 star as described, seems to be a lot of wasted space in the corridors leading to rooms. Apartment was compact and bijou to say the least!! Not welcoming at all, quite spartan really. Large balcony which looked onto a cul-de sac used by dog walkers, could just see a bit of sea through the trees. Food was average with plenty of choice, if you arrived early enough. Pool area was busy with men balancing as many beefburgers on plates as they could to take full advantage of their all inclusive status. Weather was lovely. Wouldn't go back to same hotel paying full price, probably hire a beachside apartment to take in the full vista of this beautiful island.

I was impressed with this place until I realised we had only one towel in the room so I went to reception to ask for another and the receptionist simply said "no." She said I should walk all the way around the 4 story building and look for the cleaning ladies. In a place for this price, unacceptable. Also the cleaning ladies do not do the dishes. It is spacious and has a great pool but bad customer service leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

Hi we are still here with Three days remaining of our holiday, our room is okay and spacious ,Jack our son is sleeping in the living area and on the first night he had to change beds as the first one was very very squeaky !.
The food could be a lot better!,we stayed in Turkey last year and I have to say that the food was of much better standard (ands that was a 4 star) there is alot of fish on the menu and you do have all your meats it's just that hey could do more with ! And last night was curried chicken "what seemed without the curry powder !!very bland indeed. Being inclusive you can dink yourself to death if you wish.
The reception staff are not bad ,but the hotel does leak when it rains "as it did yesterday"for two hours and the drains backed up and the smell of drainage stunk .
The swimming pool is my pet hate! ,I borrowed my sons goggles and went diving and the cleanliness of the pool is very much to be desired!!. I even wrote a letter Friday to give it too the manager hoping that they would deep clean it BUT GUESS WHAT never happened !.
Yesterday I went diving again and this time filled up a plastic beaker with my findings ! Hair and hair clips and hair bands and grit ( and i never charged them for my services) so obviously the letter had done no good or the management can't be bothered to listen,or is the hotel cutting back on its cleaning ?
All in all not bad but I would say their is probably better Four star hotels on the island,if you placed the Turkish staff and food here ,it would then be a very good four star but at the moment only a three star .
