We stayed with friends for a spa-weekend in an old part of hotel. Everything is decorated nicely, freshly repainted etc. Staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, besides Estonia spoke English and Russian. After checking-in we found small presents of Matis cosmetics in our rooms. Breakfast is rich. Spa area is very cosy, although in high season could be a bit small if all the rooms are full. I recommend to check package offers as the prices are good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located in the centre of the town, where you can easily get around. The rooms are clean and very nice. We requested a room with a bath and we must have got the largest bathroom in the hotel - as big as the room itself :) So we were happy! Spa area is nice, but quite small and saunas are separate for men and women. Restaurant very good! Overall a very nice romantic weekend.

Room Tip: Ask what you want and the staff will happily help you!

The rooms were clean and staff helpful. The restaurant had good and tasty menu with nice service. The spa area was ok, but the sauna was not mutual to men and women. The water had too much chlorine in it and it irritated the eyes. In general, it was a pleasent stay,

This was our second visit to Arensbourg and we enjoyed our short stay a lot. Liked the happy lady in the spa reception and how historic building was combined with the modern new part. Pool area is very small but cousy. Our room's white carpet wasn't clean enough which was very unpleasant, but liked the big bathroom with bath + separate shower (room nr 309 in the new part). Men mire than 1.8m tall have to bend their knees a bit:) Message to the management: You should start selling snacks in the mini bar or reception because it is impossible for a foreigner to buy something to eat in working days after 23.00;) The biggest and real issue with our visit was that the air in the pool area was so bad that our eyes were hurting really bad after staying 15 minutes in the pool. The same thing was mentioned by the other quests. All in all it was a nice visit and we really loved the breakfast. Will be back as Mr Schwarz says:)

Well I do not like when charlady digs in our personal stuff that being left on the tables. I do not know if our bags where untouched.
Air in the newly built additional building was heavy. I had a room in that part of building and windows did not open there, like if owner decided long time ago that he will save money on the heat losses. But quality of ventilated air in rooms was poor. We had to sleep with the running ventilators on during night and in the morning we did not feel rested because of that.
SPA was very simple and nothing special, but the air again was extremely heavy, like in the tropics i think. Maybe to somebody this kind of climate is good, I do no know but i managed to fall a sleep few times during my relaxed stay on the chair.
Room was clean and cozy.
Breakfast was good, I liked it.

Food in the restaurant was very good. Beautiful room. Lovely treatments in the beauty salong. It was nice that we could take our dog with us. We also hired the private sauna for an hour and it wasn't expensive.

I am the lucky one to spread a good word about Arensburg spahotel. This place is small enough to feel being on your own and quite big to keep all the services smoothly running.
You can stay in the the old limestone house or in the modern venue, sleep in cosy bed, have a good meal and relax in the spa, where one feels most welcome.

Room Tip: Rooms in the newer part are more convenient for families.
