Miami Ibiza Apartments are ideally located right next to the beach, we'd requested a sea view but didn't need to really as all had a sea view (some with a more direct view though as it was an L shaped building) we had a 1 bedroomed apartment with bath and shower and kitchenette with extra sleeping in the lounge area. Kitchen well stocked with microwave, full size kettle, fridge and toaster (even had a tea pot!) plenty of crockery etc for 4 people. Maid came every day except Mondays (sign up in lobby advising not on site Mondays & Tuesdays but she turned up every Tuesday still), beds changed twice during our 11 night stay and towels changed approx 3 - 4 times. Hot water was available almost all the time apart from around 6pm when we assumed everybody was showering as it turned a bit cool but if you can afford to wait for an hour it was piping hot again by 7pm. Bedroom situated at the rear of the apartments which was nice as you were away from any pool noise from the front of the apartments if you wanted an afternoon siesta - small window in bedroom so was also nice, dark and by far the coolest room in the apartment. Apartments seemed to be full of families or older couples (50+) so was nice and quiet at night, no rowdy gangs which was just what we were looking for. Pool only had a few parasols which were fixed to the ground so there wasn't much shade throughout the day but you could walked to the beach (few minutes walk) and hire a sun-bed and parasol for 4 euro's each.

Es Cana has plenty of restaurants and cater for most tastes, best to shop around for drinks though as we found a pint of lager (local) varied from 2.00 - 4.50 euros.

Buses ran every 30 mins during the day to Saint Elulalia (costs 1 euro 45 cents) which was the central point for buses to everywhere else on the island and there was a Disco Bus that travelled late at night to drop off / pick up anybody wanting to go drinking for longer. There is also a good ferry service from the main street in Es Cana going to the Saint Elulalia, Cala Llonga, Formentara etc.More
