“It's a kids world for a reason *****”
Reviewed 29 June 2013

Me and my son just landed back in the uk what a fantastic holiday, everybody friendly and great entertainment team constant a special thanks to jay from (trj)

Kids club wasn't for my boy tried it but didn't want too go back. But hats off too the kids world the three of them round the pool and the lad allowed one of the kids too push him in, which all the kids found amusing.

Food I didn't hear one bad report ! UnfortunAtely I have a fussy 7 year old so we ate out most days but don't reflect that on the hotel !

We will be returning again soon

Firstly this review is 100% honest. Like any hotel there are pros and cons, no hotel is perfect!

I was all inclusive from the 15th to the 26th June with my wife and 2 daughters aged 5 and 18 months.

On arrival at the hotel at 1145 our room wasn't ready however was given our all inclusive wrist band and told to come back at half 1 and the room would be ready. Sure enough, to there word it was. The room itself was small and basic considering 4 of us but immaculately clean. We had requested a cot however was not in the room. Returned to the desk and within 5 minutes problem was rectified! Efficient service without a quiver or query! Rooms are basic but done its job!

Food - plenty of variation however after 11 days of all inclusive, like anywhere started to get a bit scunnered. Fresh croissants in the morning are superb. Plenty of options, cereal, toast, fruit, cooked breakfast etc. Lunches were brilliant but ok. Dinners were good with plenty of variation. Profiteroles are a must!

The bar - never had an issue with the 2 drinks policy. Staff very friendly and polite! Had to wait in a queue on minimal occasions. It is a busy hotel afterall that is coming into peak season!!!!!!

Pools/loungers - yip had to put a towel down to have loungers together however if your not fast your last. Its the same at any other hotel. We had towels down prior to breakfast and still plenty to choose from. Trust me u don't have to be wee willy winkie in the middle of the night to get a lounger. Poolside was spotless and hosed down every night.

kids club - very good and kept my older one amused. They do a very good job!

entertainment team - work very hard during the day and at night to keep everyone amused. Night entertainment for adults starts about half 9 which is a bit late considering a family complex some with young children. Kids mini disco was on at half 8 which the kids loved.

Overall, a very good hotel that's worth the money. There is a trip to the hippy market that the reps are charging 22 euros for adults and i think 12 for kids. Don't waste your money its a 10 minute walk with a pram and flip flops. The market itself is free and is an experience!

Its a family complex so be prepared for kids up late and up early!

Would definitely go back!!!!

Just got back from this hotel it wasn't great but it wasn't the worst hotel I have stayed at good points the hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms although a little small was comfy close to the strip and plenty of sun beds the food was ok and plentiful always found something to eat staff was very friendly please don't get in a conforsation with Paul the man who greets you as u walk in the restaurant as you can't get away from him now for the bad points uncomfortable sun beds and although the rooms was nice the walls was paper thin we heard our neighbours doing the naughty for 3 solid hours and there lady who serves the drinks was very rude the only staff member to be this way the resort it's self was sooooo expensive 4 euros for a bottle of water the entertainment was truly rediculous there was kids disco till 9:30 and then on one night there was a kereoke this consisted of 4 songs and evry time they got it wrong i had a ok time and the weather was fab but wouldn't return to es cana

I arrived on 19th June as a solo traveller single lady needed a rest..
put on 2nd floor.... bed was like iron laying on springs so put towels under sheet to help..
didn't get a wink of sleep as near the entertainment lounge so noisy... asked for a room change next day. they put me on 3rd floor... bed better but noisy kids running around and noisy room next door slamming doors and drunken abuse after late night drinking.. oh well i gave in.. thought it would have been quiter as out of school holidays but Noooo noooo got that wrong.

The Resort was brilliant nice location 5 mins from beach which had nice food places and bars to go to if you wanted entertaining..

other areas to relax in the day if you want quite are nearby :0)..

I am a chef so the food was very nice at hotel good choice and catering for all needs..
very clean.. the only problema there was the nuisance waiter from uk trying to chat you up pest or what!!... groan.. ! haha

staff helpful, nice and clean, but to noisy for me i shall be not booking a large hotel again for sure... but I like peace and quite thats me..
No tea and coffee faciltites in room by the way if you like a cuppa first thing..

adios me amigo's

Room Tip: dont stay on lower floors if you want to sleepwell.. ask to be away from the babies crying also if...

1 Week at this hotel on 15 -22nd June, 2013. After reading reviews on this site was wary about what to expect but overall good value for money. On the plus side food was varied and good and cleanliness was excellent. The location of the hotel ideal. The downside for us was that it is mainly geared up for children, we didn't stay in the hotel for the entertainment as it was the usual kiddies stuff. Sunbeds a plenty but plastic slats with no covering leaving you with ridges on your back if you stayed long enough. Got up for early flight home and was disappointed to find bread rolls and jam but no butter on offer before the journey home. Staff were polite and helpful but we only saw the hol rep once when she sold the trips, even though she was based in this hotel. The bad reviews we read previously could have something to do with people going when kids are off school in busy season and I would imagine the hotel wouldn't be as good. As regards rooms it is pot luck as to where they are situated but ours with a side pool view on a high floor was ok.

nice hotel no fuss booking in, rooms cleaned by friendly staff nothing to much trouble. don't use the bar as it is all inclusive. like going out to see different night life . food ok something for everyone , if your fussy go out lots of food place in town and night life is ok not for young people but still plenty of places with live music.

We went all inclusive with our children ages 9 & 3 for 2 weeks from 5th of June until the 19th. I wasn't sure at first after reading some of the reviews at first but as soon as we got to the hotel the staff couldn't help enough, our room was ready on arrival and there was food being served.
The hotel is really clean yes the rooms are small but I wasn't there to sit in my room all day!!
The bar staff are fantastic and they don't only let you have 2 drinks at a time my OH went and got us all a few drinks each and came back with a tray full of drinks for us and he said the bar staff were really nice n chatty.
The meals were lovely and every other night they did theme nights like dishes from around the world .
My son cried at the end of the holiday because he wanted to stay with kids club they were so good well done alex and team.
And the entertainment staff worked so hard and they put on some really good shows we'll done Jay and team!!
We will defo be going back there at some point.xx
P.s make sure you take an iron because you don't get one in your room!!
