The room is very nice, clean and functional. The semi-open bathroom is very interesting. The free wi-fi works well.
The location is perfect, just in front of the beach. You can also do snorkeling directly in front of the hotel.
The people working in the hotel are always available and really kind.

Spent four nights here and thought it was fantastic value. The bungalows are practically new with a gorgeous outdoor shower area. The bed is comfortable, the room is cleaned daily and the included breakfast is tasty with really good coffee (which is something we failed to get in the other places we stayed). Staff are really friendly and although the pool area could do with a big of sweeping / tidying up, there are lovely sun loungers you can relax on. The next place we stayed was $40 AUD more per night and it wasn't as nice so I think its a bargain!

Room Tip: The sea front rooms are older and not as new and clean as the newer garden bungalows.

The rooms are good, but the open bathroom means that mosquitoes dash into your room every time you open the door, specially at night.

I asked one of the staff to organise a transfer to Gili Meno. He was unpleasant and made it hard. He eventually suggested a transfer with his friend, which was overpriced (400 k rupiah, compared to 250 k which we end up paying through the dive shop next door).

Also, the bar/restaurant shuts at 4pm, so to have a juice or anything else you have to go next door and carry cash around, as opposed to just charge it to the room.

Breakfast was good.

Room Tip: choose the rooms at the back (11, 12a, 12b), otherwise you'll have people walking past your room all day long

Stayed for 1 night.
Pros
-good location,in front of e beach
-clean & spacious room
-clean pool
-friendly staffs

Cons
-Spacious toilet but there's plantation in it and at nite there'll be loads of earthworms crawling out. They'll be all over the toilet floor.
This only happens in the new buildings, the old buildings have no plants in e toilet.
-Breakfast,only 2 choices.Small portion of omelette n 2slices of bread.

Since we went to gili trawangan on low season, we think it's overprice with a lack on something. There was no refrigeratorand they didn't inform us that tv cable in our room was trouble. I prefer breakfast in buffet.

i don't think i will be back at this hotel again..sorry
