A really modern hotel with all the features for a couple, family or solo traveller. Stayed in a basic room but it was plenty big enough with a bathroom that was equal in size. The hotel pools are lovely and clean, both with swim up bars. Best part was the location, at the end of the strip so no noise even when the nightclubs are still blasting music. The spa was a little overpriced but very professional and clean. Buffet breakfast had heaps of choices.
The rooms was big and the bed was soft and nice. The pool area in front of the hotel was great and the view was amazing. The breakfast was really good, but the egg and pancake station was really slow.
NOTE: Don't buy massage or any trips (example snorkeling) from the hotel - it's way over rated. We used Mad Monkey for our trips instead - really cheap and super nice.
The staff is nice changed our room with another one with a working AC because the AC was not working probably in the first room, there was insects and a small lizard in our room. th e rooms are poorly maintained but the grounds and pool are great, the location is excellent, right on the beach.
I was quite curious of how a trip to Gili-T would be as we are not really the top ten party couple in the world, but like some fun now and then and quiet when we want to sleep or relax.
Vila Ombak is a biiiig resort and will give you a perfect stay in Gili-T. I’m sorry to say that the food is better on some of the other spots around for a western guy like me, but it’s not bad. Its ok, but the pizza could use some more dough 😂 its more like a flatbread with cheese.
Pool is nice, close to a nice beach and plenty of things to do. Close to nightclubs (but not noisy in resorts). It’s a really hood spot all in all. Rooms are 10/10. Staff are 10/10 (Sarip was one we noted as a really nice guy with very good service. He did everything for us! Thanks) also Irwan from the bar was nice aswell! and Turmuzi who we talked to was also very nice! We like the people here, and that is important for a nice stay :)

But at least you will enjoy your stay at this resort. We want to come back as fast as possible :) hopefully these guys still are here when we come back!

Great location and structure. Welcome drink at reception, 2 pools, ping pong table, reading area, pool table, everything really good. If you arrive before the check in time, you are welcome to wait by the pool which is great. Also they gave us a Seawalker voucher.
Not enough Sunbeds for so many guests. Slow service at the pool bar. They should consider a free bike for guests.
