I went down for breakfast at 0915.
The lady said I did not pay for breakfast. She offered me a roll. I said no thanks. I said I was told breakfast was inclusive. And put this point to her. She said its not included. And I said the lady from last night said it was included in the price. She said no its not included. So I proceeded up to my room.
I Went to your website and it specifically says breakast is included with the meal.
I was angered to read this. I now realized the lady lied to me and took advantage of me. I went with my laptop and showed her it said breakfast is included. She then said she will offer me breakfast. I said no I was upset that she refused me and lied that breakfast was not inlcuded. Her english was perfect. I dont like having breakfast when she refused me earlier.
I asked for a refund. She refused. Our voices were never raised and no guests were present.
The lady at the desk admitted that a mistake happened. And that the lady on the evening shift thought I would not have breakfast. I mentioned on booking in with out breakfast is the price lower she said no, the price was inclusive. I said ok.
I dont appreciate the lady not telling the truth to me when I went for breakfast and saying the breakfast was not paid for.
I said I will complain and let people know I was not treated right in this matter.
