Tourist trap trip - Cost 72.50 for 3 of us for a total of 40 mins max. As soon as you step on this bucket they take a photo of you. On entering the sub you find tiny seats but as there is no allocation of seating it's hit and miss if you even get to sit with friends or family. There is a boat which goes out with the sub dropping in food to attract fish. You get to see small schools of fish and 2 crappy ship wrecks which are obviously put there for you to see. That's it. On getting out of the sub we were told by the totally unfriendly capt. and his first mate to vamos , andlae several times. But it was obvious as we looked up and saw the next lot of suckers waiting to go by the dock. Then the guy who takes your photo is looking for another 5 euro for the 2 pics he took. Save your money and buy a snorkel and mask, you will see more in the waters off the local beach.

How many people do you know, who have been diving in a real submarine?

Right, not many! That's why it's a real unique experience.

Ok, it's quite expensive, it's just a short trip and the sightseeing is not spectacular. But, who cares?!
You can be one of the few!

Note: In Puerto Mogan, is also a nice tourist market to visit, when you finished your submarine adventure.

Family of four with boy and girl aged 5 and 9. We thought this was great and an opportunity to do something that you might not normally do. You go down to about 20m under the surface and tour about some wrecks which have created mini reefs. We saw all sorts of fish and the local diving school gave us a wave! We were under for around 45 mins and saw fish pretty much from the start, often very close up and in shoals. They give it a touch of 'Disney' by playing a sound track - funeral march going in, submarine alarm type noises and warnings of strong currents etc. all adds to the atmosphere and fun element. It's not the cheapest thing out there. We paid about€80 for the 4 of us but we all enjoyed it and thought it was a good experience. I'm not sure what expectations some of the those giving this a negative review had. Biggest tip is book in advance.

Something out of the ordinary! Looked after by the 'crew' from start to finish. My partner was a bit worried as he's claustrophobic but to be honest the sub is roomy & bright with air conditioning and he coped very well. Interesting array of fishes and wrecks, natural and man-made, and you get introduced to a huge ray by a diver who guides her around the sub so you have the opportunity to take brilliant pictures. Your picture is taken when you get aboard and at the end of the visit you can buy the picture and you're given your own personalised dive certificate. A few hours doing something different. Recommended highly if you don't mind spending the Euros!

Going on a submarine was a new experience for me as I had never been on one before! it was good to go below 20m under the sea and see all of the fishes. It was also a good amount of time that the journey went on for (45 minutes).
