More or less by accident and trying to get away from the noisy and hot restaurants on the water front we come upon this small italien restaurant with only a couple of tables. Although it is Market Day at Puerto de Mogan, it is only three quarter's full. We choose a table and are welcomed by one of the waiters. He seems amused to find out that we speak five Language when giving us the menu Card. The Card is impeccable, clean,
well written - in several languages. Good first impression. We order tagliatelle with shrimps and risotto with mushrooms - both very tasty. The red wine is nice and cool - as it should be served, particularly on a hot day.
La Fenice is run by Italians - the ambiance is italian - the Chef and his assistant sister know their job well. Grazie per un buon momento ed un buon pasto!
The prices are not cheap, but in our opinion the quality is worth the price.
Other clients seem to have the same opinion, since the restaurant filles up nicely during our visit. We shall be back!
