“Shop shop shop round the clock”
Reviewed 8 August 2014

This is really no night here, the calling painted blue sky tricks your minds that it's never nighttime here!!

Shops here open 24 hours and you can shop shop shop. So many shops that you may get lost! Thanks to electronic directories, you are always guided.

Try Lord Stow Portuguese Tarts, a must try food in Macau. It's a bit difficult to find. You must also try Leitaria I Son, steamed egg of Macau, which is located in the food court. Enjoy must have food while resting your feet before continuing shopping!

“Lots and Lots of Shops”
Reviewed 15 July 2014

This is the second time I visited the Grand Canal Shoppes. The first time was over ten years ago, and it was a lot more impressive then. If you're a shopper, you'll enjoy this place as it is full of shops and even more shops. There is a good variety of shops here as well, and if you want to look for something on the more upscale stage, that is close by as well.

I suppose when I first visited over 10 years ago, I was really impressed by the food court and couldn't wait to go back. This time, I found the food court to be messy and hectic. Beware of the sanitation issues at Fat Burger. When I was ordering, the employees were handing the burgers and toppings with their bare hands!

“Venice in Macau”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

I visited The Grand Canal Shoppes frankly because of the K-Drama "Boys Over Flowers". So when I had the opportunity to visit Macau, this is one of the places I want to see with my own eyes. This italian themed mall (I think it is okay to call it a mall) is huge, with a blue sky as its ceiling. You don't have to go to Venice to have a gondola ride. Right here in this mall you can have the ride and "O Sole Mio" sung by the gondolier at the same time. I had dinner at the food court, it was okay but bit pricy. I went back to Macau Ferry Terminal from this mall by shuttle bus provided by Venetian. Nice experience I must say. Nice place to take pictures, especially if you want to fool your friends being in Venice. :D

“Great visit! Love the shopping experience!”
Reviewed 22 June 2014

The Largest Casino in the World with amazingly beautiful sky lights that lulls visitors into shopping without paying much attention to the time. This is not my first visit but is still a place worth visiting in Macau. Other than the branded shops, there are street performers, opera singer, gondola rides that brighten up the whole atmosphere. You can spend one whole afternoon there going window shopping. Be sure not to miss the Portuguese Egg Tarts, it's a must buy! They are superb in taste, so cripsy and sweet!

“Love Shoppes at the Venetian”
Reviewed 20 June 2014

A shopping experience par excellence. Meet wandering living statues or hear singing gondoliers at the canals. Look up the shining "blue skies" and experience Manchester United football. Looks enticing but don't take a bite.
