I come here everytime I travel to Macau as there are many restaurants to choose from that are not pricy at all. There is a wide range of cuisines other than Macanese/Portuguese food - Something for everyone!

Taipa Village really lets you see the real Macau and the Portugese village scene really comes out, contrasted with modern Macau. There are great street food options and interesting local stores. Recommend whiling away an afternoon here, followed by some local tapas.

Generally a much more relaxed and laid-back vibe compared to much of Macau. Good amount of restaurants to try and plenty of cool historical buildings to see.

A small and very nice village. Macau is not only casino... it has a lot of nice and instagramable places. Must try the Lord Stow's egg tart and the famous milk tea. A lot of nice restaurants with variety of foods is available, too bad that most of the attendant at the small shops don't speak English,It is easy to reach, from the ferry terminal, take the hotel shuttle bus to the Venetian Hotel, its free. Then walk along the Galaxi hotel complex and before the end of the complex, Taipa is just a cross the road.
