“very near to Senado Square.”
Reviewed 14 August 2014

Direction: once you find Senado Square fountain , keep going to where St Dominic church located.. Go straight untul SKII store, turn right, Keep going and turn left at the first turn. You'll see the Esprite outlet, th ehotel behind it. if yuo take taxi better drove off at senadi square and walk to hotel, its easier. We took a Lisboa Hotel free shutlle bus from ferry terminal, and walk to hotel.
its a budget hotel, even they called themself a motel. But for me the hotel is good, The room is big, with 2 queen size bed, its spacious to accomodate 2 person in ! bed. The bahtroom clean with all amenities. The staff is quite...maybe because they don;t speak English well. The minus point, they asked for a HKD 300 deposit althoug we alreadt paid full with our credit card throug agoda.

hotel location is perfect, you can walk to all tourist attractions around. Macau hotels are expensive , for macau standart this hotel is cheap .if you need decent place to stay on budget, stay here, you can;t beat the location, you won;t regret it

The service is good. The room is sooo spacious although you'll be surprised to find it's outdoor look that like a motel. Rooms are well maintained. Location is just right in the middle of shopping area, off the Senado Square. But it's too bad no taxi can reach it I think because it's surrounded by pedestrians. If you're planning for a free huttle ride, forget it, it's out of reach. All you can do is catch bus No. 3 from Ferry Terminal, especially when you are bringing lots of luggages.
Foods seem hard to find around, you need to sneak out some narrow lanes to find restaurants.
Avoid this hotel when you bring a lot of kids and especially on summer, the sun heat is killing you while crossing the Senado square.

Room Tip: Corner suites and triple bed are so spacious.

I do agreed that it located very close a lot of tourist spot but it can be nightmare if you are travelling with baggage because it was almost impossible to get taxi there.

I have to walk 800 meter down the street to the nearest taxi stand in the hot summer. I think it is more suitable for backpacker or those with small and light baggage.

We had a bit of hard time looking for this hotel, you have to ask around. We take a bus number 3 from Macau maritime ferry terminal. The hotel is behind or just above the Esprite outlet. The room is big, beds are big but quite hard...Facilities are well equipped but a little bit old, there are tv, hair dryer and another amenities. The location is great, close to shopping area, Senado Square and St Paul .... Frontdesk are not professional enough and they don't speak english.
Overall is just okay..not bad. Dont expect to much.

We arrived late at night and had a bit of a hard time looking for the hotel. I think one has to have it written in Chinese the road name Casa de Verdades. One can be dropped in Senado Leal (fountain) and should proceed to where St. Dominic's Church is located. Casa de Verdades is a small road which is in front of the old closed theater about 200 meters from the church. Once we found the street, one can just see the hotel from the turn. It's a small hotel but what makes it special is the location which is walking distance from all the historical sites to see in Macau. It was not a very comfortable hotel as I found the hotel lacking in toiletries and amenities. The bed was hard and the pillows thin. No breakfast with the room stay. Once one can get her bearings in Macau, you'll find that less expensive hotels with better amenities (and breakfast) can be found.

I booked this hotel in booking.com and we stayed here for a night. The website will only ask you for your credit card number but they will not charge your card right away unlike Agoda, but Towns Well will charge your card 3 days before. I booked the hotel for HK$800, it was the cheapest we could find after all we are only going to stay here for a few hours since we are heading to HongKong the next day.

Our room is really big and its overlooking Hotel Lisboa but the room smells like cigarette smoke. The bathroom is huge with towels, hot and cold shower, shampoo and body shower gel. The bed is quite hard and it can fit 2 people. The a/c unit looks old and the remote control is in Chinese characters. I can speak a little bit of Mandarin, the front desk people cannot speak English, so its hard to communicate with them if you need additional information or if you have a request. Although the lady in the morning shift can speak a lil bit of English.

The location is near Senado square, a few mins away from St. Paul ruins, theres a nearby Mcdonalds, and shopping stores but the thing that I hated most was this hotel is hard to find. It took us almost an hour looking for this place. The Chinese name in booking.com is the new name of Towns Well so not a lot of people know where it is. So i had to ask a receptionist in East Asia hotel to help us find the hotel. The receptionist wrote down the old name of the hotel in Mandarin thats the only time we were able to find the hotel when we asked around.

When you get off the airport, you can take the complimentary shuttle bus of Lisboa or Wynn or take the mini bus MT1 or 2 to the plaza near Wynn hotel the fare is about 5 Macau Pataca. You can walk from Wynn/Lisboa going to Senado Square (in Mandarin language: San Ma Lo), when you reach Senado square, you make a right going to the street of Largo de Senado.Just the follow the path going to the old church, make a right turn, then right again, then you'll notice the cemented street, you make a left on an uphill road you'll see Esprit outlet store, the hotel is located beside it.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends because its affordable and location is good but ill make sure to provide them with directions so that they wont have to experience what we experienced looking for this hotel.

Room Tip: If you take a cab and in case the taxi driver doesnt know the hotel. Just get off Senado square and...

It is a clean and comfortable stay. We only stayed for 1 night but we enjoy it very much. It is within the Senado Square. Lots of food and shopping area. Walking distance to all the world heritage destination. It is a little hard to locate this building but if you ask around, many stall owner is able to tell you how to get there. To get to the hotel. look out for SK 2 stall, turn left, then walk straight till you see Ecco Shoes shop and turn right when you spot Ginza Plaza and an Esprite Outlet Stall. The hotel is just above the Esprite Outlet Stall. It is also near to bus stops and casinos.
