My boyfriend was craving a nice steak so we were booked in at Copa by our concierge (we were staying at the MGM and were a bit surprised that he didn't recommend a spot at our hotel ;) Anyway, the setting was casual-ish but the food was high quality and I loved the open-kitchen vibe. I had a Portuguese seafood stew, which was amazing and he had a NY Strip, which was cooked well but a bit under-seasoned for our taste. They provided sauce for the steak so that made up for it a bit. Our overall experience was really good and our Filipina waitress Jo was efficient and had a lot of personality. Would definitely visit again.
