This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, and from seeing the daily tarrif charges, we got a bargain. It is set on a golf course, which whilst not my thing (yawn), made for a lovely environment to stay in. The reception staff were very welcoming, all smiles and helpful information. The room was large and had windows you could actually open fully with a wonderful view. The shuttle service offered between the station (Disneyland Resort) and the hotel was excellent, always on time and plenty of room. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating which really does make a difference. The public areas are comfortable and inviting, so you don't feel that you have to stay in your room of an evening. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and would definitely do so again.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms at the front of the hotel, on the 1st floor, facing out over the car park.

We enjoyed our one night stay in the Radisson Disneyland with our seven year old granddaughter.

The hotel is well located, a six minute bus shuttle from Disneyland and the train station and away from the theme park bustle. Our room and bathroom were large and well equipped, with a relaxing view over the golf course. There is free WiFi throughout the property.

There is a well equipped pool /sauna complex and fitness area. We had a high quality dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is a very good – but expensive – buffet and there is no practical alternative.

The staff were all cheerful and helpful.

Recommended, especially for those who would like to play golf as well as visit Disneyland and who prefer to retreat from the park atmosphere for the evening.

When we first decided to stay in this hotel, it was despite the reviews you will find on tripadvisor.
I didn't actually believe they could be that bad.
Well, the bad news is.....they are!

Although the hotel itself it great - and super location for a visit to Disney - anything other than the actual building itself.....is horrible.

Paticularily service in the Hotel restaurant is appalling. They have no clue and frankly they don't seem to care. The cost of a buffet of EUR 35 is a complete rip off - and I would strongly advice going to the nearest McDonalds instead. It will save you 95% of the bill and the quality would be double as good!

Reception - completely understaffed. One person serving (or trying to!) more than 35 people waiting....! a nightmare. There was no one else to help at all. We missed a bus because of her....

The phone in the room didn't work.
There's no mini-bar
The Swimming pool (which I thought would be a great thing for the kids) was poorly maintained and frankly dirty. Further there were NO TOWELS by the pool or changing area.....so you had to bring one from your room.

I would not ever stay here again!

Room Tip: Stay away from this hotel all together.....that's my best advice!

Check very quick on Sunday pm in August. Information re timetable for shuffle bus and Paris given. Room large with double childs put up, clean with view over golf course. Breakfast very good staff friendly. Only grip would be that the shuffle bus doesnt have a sign at the railway station and its lunch break co insides with the arrival of thro train for Disney. Ticket and booking system works for the busy morning times, at night can be pot luck and people do push in. Positive stay would happily return.

Room Tip: Ask for side or back view as the front is over the car park.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for five nights, wed-mon. We chose this hotel as we were going to disneyland for 2 days and paris. It is very near disneyland. We hired a car, therefore did not use the free shuttle bus provided. However, we always saw the shuttle bus outside and it was never packed, it is a mini-bus, so must get packed easily during high-season. You have to reserve it the night before. Driving to disney was 5 mins. away. The hotel itself has beautiful surroundings, a golf course. Our room was looking onto a lower roof on the first floor. It was quiet. We could see a few rides from Walt Disney Studios from our bedroom (far away). We were checked in fast enough as there was no queue. The room was lovely and big. Loads of space for clothes and a very nice bathroom. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the staff. Service was very poor. The staff at breakfast were not very helpful. We had five breakfasts, not once where we asked if we would like any coffee or something other than the buffet? i.e. an omelette or something. I didn't want to ask them as they seemed like they couldn't be bothered chatting away to themselves. The breakfast got pretty boring after 5 days. There was one nice man, ( no nametag) who showed us our table 2 out of the 5 days. The last morning we were shown to a dirty table though. The breakfast was so-so. They never really topped things up so my advice would be to get there early. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a good job of the rooms, although we did find an item of clothing belonging to whoever stayed before us in the wardrobe (or before them?!). We handed it back at reception on check-out ( no apology). There were two trays left in the corridor for a full day and an empty glass for 3 days which we moved out for them to see (nobody hoovering?). Receptionists were ok. We had an altercation with 'Sara'. We had only planned to stay 3 nights, so made that reservation before we left. We then decided to stay a further 2 nights, therefore made a second reservation. We wanted to see on the third night if we could stay in the same room for further two nights. Sara was dealing with us, however she was insisting that we pay (my boyfriend thought he paid the first night, but the female receptionist only pre-authorised his card, her mistake, not ours), you would think that would be fine but Sara was really rude saying we had to pay, that we had the wrong card and she tried to charge us an extra day. My boyfriend was more than willing to pay, but she kept going on about paying 'today'. My boyfriend had to tell her 3 times that the price on the receipt was correct and that he was paying no more. She fiddled on her computer for five seconds and realised she was wrong. We paid, that was that, a big drama over something which should have been so simple. We didn't eat at the hotel or drink as we had a car and ate in Paris. The bar had no atmosphere either, there is a fireplace which could be cosy, but was never lit. Used the pool once, was ok. You need to bring your own towels. Leisure centre reception very dull looking. They could really jazz it up with a few towels or something?! Spa was not advertised in room, neither was disneyland. Hotel guide was missing pages. Spa was advertised in elevator, with some sticky flowers put there by a child I presume, which no staff bothered cleaning. The staff need to be re-trained seriously. Basically the quick version is, if you are using the hotel for disneyland paris it is fine, very close and close to V'al D'europe shopping centre also. Just ignore the staff and you will be fine.

Room Tip: You could ask but I doubt they'd care.

Booked the family villa - it was not ready when we reached at 3:00pm - gave us an alternate - an accessible villa ( meant for handicaps ) .

The airconditioning was not working and the staff was not bothered to sort out the problem even after informing them.

There seems to be too many people staying in this property as there is always a queue at the reception either for check in or check out. Very bad service.

The property is nice though. The villa size was nice and big.

Room Tip: The top floor on the villa does have very effective air conditioning.

We visited EuroDisney again with our 4 year old for her birthday since we had annual tickets
Again drove to the hotel. Recommend you have a car if you plan to stay here.

Check in was fine.
Bedroom was big and sufficiently clean as expected (Reason why we like staying here)
It's quiet and away from crowds and noisiness around Disneyland
We tried the indoor hotel pool - it was pretty clean but a tad small since it seemed crowded by the time 4-5 families were hanging around the pool. It was a bit of a struggle to find out where the pool towels were as well since there were no staff hanging around there at 3-4pm in the afternoon.
The breakfast food was ok but the service was atrocious:
1. The booking on the room did not include my toddler so some of the staff chose to exclude her from getting cutlery etc. just because she was not on the sheet! Note kids are usually free under a certain age in the hotel.
2. There seemed to be some strange racial profiling happening - since my husband has a middle eastern appearance, we were all sent to the back of the dining area in the dark away from the windows with views overlooking the park. All other middle eastern type families were also shoved into the back in the dark. This didn't happen just once, but twice so it was getting a bit of a joke. We decided to specifically request the guy showing us to our table if we could get one of the tables by the window instead. He became really frustrated and angry with us because he didn't want to give us the table but gave in since we persisted about getting a table near the windows (There were quite a few clean tables there)

When we checked out we requested to speak to the manager about our concern about the service at breakfast. Manager made us wait 30 minutes before he bothered to appear so that was another insult.

We generally don't mind staying at this hotel for the hotel room size and cleanliness and it's quiet but no sure if it's worth the bad service.
