“Great hotel, but a bit buisier than normal”
Reviewed 30 October 2010

First of all, this was our third stay at the Radisson Blu at Disneyland, and we have enjoyed our stay each time. We have been both April and September, but for some reason October has been the buisiest month so far!

The rooms are always clean and spacious, as well as really quiet, we hardly heard anyone walk past despite the busyness downstairs. No matter which room you get, there are always great views of the golf course or the little villiage behind the hotel.

The pool / sauna / steam room are always great at the end of the day, and are open till 11pm, so the later you go the better as its much quieter.

The breakfast was included, and is quite decent, with a good choice to choose from. The earlier you go the better as one day when we went at about 9 the que outside was huge and once we got our table and went to get our food, the table we had just been given was given to someone else, which meant we was moved to another table, which was a bit of a pain!

You are asked to book a reservation for the shuttle for morning trips to disney, however the driver didn't actually ask for peoples tickets, instead he just let anyone on and sent the remaining people to another bus, which I assumed visited other hotels on the way, which was a bit unfair.

All in all, another great trip, but much busier than normal, especially with young children, which is very unusual compared to previous visits.

A great place to stay when you want to experience Disneyland Paris but then head back to civilisation and a, largely, adult environment with great food, lovely wine and nice grounds. Right next to golf courses if that's your thing and just minutes form both parks. Breakfast appeared to be included with our stay but turned out not to be so best to check...

I have just come back from my stay at this hotel and am still fuming at how I was treated. There was myself, my sister and her 2 small boys who traveled together. We wanted a nice hotel as a base for our trip to disneyland and because I normally use a Radisson hotel when I'm travelling for business I thought this would be a good option. Firstly when we arrived we were told that they could not give us a room in the hotel despite the fact that I had a confirmed reservation. The explanation was that they had another group who extended their stay so they were putting us up in a 3 star hotel 4kms away in 2 seperate rooms. This other hotel had no pool and did not offer transfers back and forth from disneyland, meaning we would have to pay for taxis all the time (approx €10-€15 each way). There was very little apology and no care for the fact that we were travelling with 2 small kids. I tried to find a room in a disney hotel but to no avail as they were all booked up so eventually after 2 hours of arguing with the hotel we had to accept the other hotel. Just as we were about to walk out the door they told us we could stay as they had a last minute cancellation on a junior suite. Despite the fact that I asked did they have anything else this room was never offered. This meant that they had an empty room upstairs and left us standing around the hotel for 2 hours until a phone call came to cancel it, disgraceful.

The room was nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasnt working correctly, I asked for it to be fixed but this wasnt done. I also wouldnt recommend eating in the hotel, it was very expensive (€10 for kids bowl of ice cream) any time we had anything and because we had small kids with us we had to order room service some times which was very very slow.

Some good points about the hotel, there were one or two nice members of staff who were great with the kids and very helpful. Any food we did get was nice albeit a bit too expensive for what it was. It was clean enough, the decor was nice and the location was very pretty. The bus service back and forth from disney was good and normally on time as well.

I would never recommend for anyone to stay here however as I was so disgusted with their treatment of us. Avoid at all costs if you want to guarantee you have a room when you arrive at the hotel.

We stayed in a corner suite

Radisson is one of the best options to stay if u don’t get a hotel that is inside the disneyland. Firstly it is not very near to disneyland park. A good 10 mins drive will take u there. Plus the frequency of there shuttle service is not so good as compared to other hotels in disneyland. But apart from that I have no complaints about the hotel. It was a huge hotel with spacious rooms & lovely view from the window. The bathroom was particularly very nice & big. I would recommend it to my friends

Lovely swimming pool for children

reclinable sofa is not that great for a good night sleep

I am a travel agent for a well known company and looked at all the disney hotels and close to disney hotels. In the end i decided to book this hotel as i liked the idea of being away from the park and the pool. I was worried and i read some bad reviews. I had no need to be worries.

This hotel was amazing in every way. We hired a car for our stay in disney, which was the best thing to do. We drove from airport straight to hotel, very easy to find and lovely journey. There was free parking at the hotel and plenty of space. Upon arrival in check in we were greeted by a lovely receptionist with a smile, Not something you get every where now. It was our honeymoon and i was hoping for an upgrade but we didnt get one. Didnt really need one as the basic rooms were lovely. The bathroom are huge with a double sink and so much space.

The bed was lovely and tea and coffee facilities in rom. We had got a couple of bottles of wine with us as stopped in local supermarket on way to get snack etc as paris is very expensive. I had forgotten a bottle opener though, when i rang reception they got someone to bring me a bottle opener and ice bucket within 5 minutes!!

The only complaint i have is that there was only a news channel and a sports channel in english, but hey we were at disney and on honeymoon so we really shouldnt have been watching tv!

We had breakfast included in our stay and it had everything you needed, some people had complained about this on reviews but it was free, there was a very good choice and it was hot.

The pool and gym were brill, they stayed open till late and were very clean and well looked after.

We didnt use the shuttle bus to take us to parks or paris as we had the car but i had read reviews that they were in demand and always busy, It didnt seem that was when we were there, looked like plenty of room and on time.

Overall this hotel is a brill choice and if you want a decend hotel which is good value for money and close to all the parks and disney village then give this one a try!

ps. There is a brill shopping village about 5 mins away which has some great shops, a supermarket, sealife and lots of restaurants. The restaurants are very good value money for paris and were brill.

Was just at this hotel in september 2010. Was travelling with my wife and child who was 2. This hotel is decent but definitely not 4 star status. Overall cleanliness and quality looked shoddy. There is a vry small shuttle bus to take u to and fro from eurodisney. Restaurant has horrible food, specially if you are a vegetarian. Service is very slow. All in all i would not stay here a second time
