I stayed at this hotel a while ago now and had great fun, A themed hotel with great facilities and access to local parks including Disney world. A fab stay with great value, the food was lovely and the views from the rooms were fab! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Stayed here at the beginning of December with my Hubbie and 2.5 year old. The rooms are basic but you're not really in them much and the TV did have a choice of English channels (stayed at the New York in May and only BBC News). Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about and the toaster was useless but there were plenty of other choices. We ate in the Buffet two nights and the first one we were charged for our little one, the second time they said two year olds don't pay, I brought this up with reception the next day and although I did have to speak to both the restaurant and hotel manager they happily refunded the first charge and apologised for the mistake. The other nights we shared Pizza and chips which was much cheaper and timed with happy hour and the play area made for a pleasant evening.

The main plus point for this hotel is the children's facilities, a fantastic pool with slides and a pirate ship to explorer (waterfalls were usually on beginning and end of the day, as no one uses them during the day). The soft play area was also great, a good size and plenty of climbing and sliding and if our daughter is to be believed the highlight of her trip! The also have a pirate ship in the bar area for kids to play on and another outside, though we didn't use it as it was far to cold.

We visited the parks on two days and Paris and Val d ‘Europe the other days, this hotel is great if you know you will have spare time as it offers lots of other entertainment unlike the Disney Hotels. We would definitely stay here again and have been recommending it to friends since we returned.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it's a great hotel for kids and adults. It's close to the train station and disney parks with a free bus.
The breakfast is excellent, but the food and drinks offerings are quite pricey!
The only bad thing about this hotel was that we asked for extra pillows and we asked for the twice a day and never once got the pillows and all the staff at reception would say is that housekeeping was closed as the second time if day I went and requested the pillows was late at around 11pm.
This isn't then only time we haven't got requested pillows admit happened the last time we visited too!

First impressions the hotel seemed ok, checking in was simple enough. The rooms are very basic and could do with updating but had everything we needed for our short stay.the bed are quite comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. Also the tvs have cbeebies in the day and bbc1 and itv at night.
At breakfast you are given a time slot to attend the restaurant. The breakfast on offer is ok , (not as much variety as other disney hotels) no fresh fruit just a fruit salad, cheese was like blocks of rubber, french bread stale after a few days.
The shuttle buses to disney are an absolute joke, they are far to cramped with people pushing and shoving to get on the buses. This is the same once inside the disney parks. The amount of adults pushing infront of children for rides and the parade is pathetic.
Most ques for rides were over an hour long an we felt very disappointed we couldnt get on things we would have liked to. We never met any characters or princesses around the park as the princesses were inside the princess pavilion ,for this you needed to que up for a reservation ticket and then que up once again when it was your time slot.
The food and drinks inside the parks were extortionately priced. I highly recommend buying your drinks in the train station vending machines before entering the parks as they are only 1.50euros yet once inside the parks they are 3.09euros.
Once back at the hotel at night our kids loved playing in the play area and pirate boat, this was great and we could relax an watch them playing, whilst taking advantage of the 'happy hour' this is between 7-8 and the beer and cocktails are BOGOF!!
We went in the swimming pool one afternoon. There is a pirate boat with a filling bucket etc but this was closed and the water sprinklers turned off, this only appeared to come on late afternoon/night time. there are also 2 slides which my children enjoyed. Men must wear Lycra trunks/tight boxer style shorts not baggy swimming shorts these are available from a vending machine for 12 euros. Im not sure why this is, as i don't see how this is a hygiene issue??? especially when you have mice running around in the eating area/bar of the hotel. the lady behind the bar was informed of this but did not seem bothered.
one evening we attended the buffet restaurant in the hotel and yet again was left dissapointed with the food on offer, it cost us just over 70euros for my partner and kids to have chicken nuggets and chips as the rest of the food was not very appealing to us at all.
overall the hotel has good points and bad points ,i dont think i would stay here again , but then again i dont think i will be visiting disneyland paris again i will save my money and go to florida.

we used a great private transfer company called prestige travel. we found this on the internet. you book online but dont pay a penny untill you arrive at your hotel. They was ready and waiting for us on both arrival and return trip in a great top of the range car. for 2 adults 2 children it cost us 130euros for return !! fantastic and one of the cheapest i have seen

Very expensive hotel a pint is nearly 8 euros and happy hour is for one hour and is buy one get on free and the cocktails have no booze in them .breakfast is ok croissants and ham rolls and yogurts and toast .evening meal is 23euros per adult and 15 a Child.have to say the indoor play area for kids is fantastic for them and the pool and the Indoor pirate ship apart from that nothing.no entertainment what so ever which surprised me for the size of the hotel .the bar staff and reception staff are rude and won't help you. The rooms are ok very basic but again it's what you pay for my advise by pop and water from shop not from the hotel as it's a rip off 3euros for a can of pop.i would go again to paris but wouldn't stay here again hotel is Un helpful a rip off and boring

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Fourth time staying here over the last decade or so and still manages to tick all the boxes. Great breakfast, clean, tidy rooms that still look well maintained. Drinks expensive but same as everywhere else in this area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this for families of all ages. Has a great pool and play area if you fancy a day off from the parks.

We stayed for four nights over Christmas, two adults a 6 year old and 1 1/2 year old in a family room, double and two singles. The hotel is very large but not crowded, great swimming pool which opens until late in the evening, slides, play area, plenty or clean large family changing cubicles and free lockers. The pool temperature was a little on the cold side for our younger son but did not distract from the amount of fun we all had together. The soft play area was also a lovely treat and nicely laid out next to the pool and restaurant.

The reception staff were very friendly and professional and let us use the computer to print our tickets.

Our only criticism which are rather minor are as follows:
Corridor not cleaned for a couple days, cup just sat there.
We returned one day to find our adjoining door unlocked and opened, very unsecure and we were lucky nothing was taken. Staff unapologetic when we asked them to lock the door again.
Definite budget feel to the rooms and corridors but all the simple things done well.

Great value and we wouldn't have any qualms about coming again as it was a great hotel with small kids to entertain.
