“Lovely hotel to stay near disney!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 September 2011

We are just back from a week in this lovely hotel!
First of all, all the hotel is always clean and the rooms as well. The breakfast is great with a vast of selection to choose! ....loved the crossaints so much!! My 7 yr old son loved the bunk beds, such a lovely room . It's in a nice and quiet location especially in evening after a long days in disneyland! The shuttle bus to disney always running never wait for more than 5 mins even if you just lost one! Staff friendly too!.........recommended to everyone!

We looked at going to disney paris at the end of august/beginning of september 2011 for my 21st birthday (i am just a big kid and it was a better idea than a party), we looked at staying in a disney hotel and as the price was STUPIDLY expensive we settled on staying at the Magic Circus.

We had gathered from the reviews that there would be loads of kids running and screaming down the corridors but it honestly wasn't that bad, there was a fair few kids but they didn't bother us in the slightest.

On check in we got a free upgrade to a king room facing the garden which was an added bonus but we don't think it was intended. The room was lovely really clean and a disabled room so TONS of space and even a little balcony.

After half a day at the disney boardwalk we decided to come back to the hotel for a nice swim, this didn't happen as the swimming pool was FREEZING and i really mean that, it was so cold we literally couldn't stay. I was so cold after this i went straight back to the room for a nice hot bath which also didn't happen the bath took about 2 hours to fill and it was also FREEZING, we then went on to empty the bath and run the tap for another 15 minutes slowly trying to coax the hot water out the tap which was also unsuccessful!

To add to the nights problem we tried and failed to use the included kettle which seemed to be on boil for an hour i was so fed up and cold i went to bed without a hot drink and the next day we asked if the kettle could be replaced.

Day two we returned from the Disney park and the kettle still wasn't working, to cut a long story short we went through 3 yes 3! kettles that night, all very frustrating! and all was topped off with a hotel attendant sent to our room each time to help us that didn't speak or seem to understand a word of English!
Also while we were out the cleaner seemed to have emptied our room of all towels clean or dirty and not replaced them with fresh ones and removed our hotel key from the electric fastening on the wall!

Apart from this the bed was comfy, the breakfast had plenty of choice and was really nice, and yes there was a few kids but not as many as we were expecting or that loud. I would be aware of the shuttle buses though that aren't overly reliable and are often so packed full you have to keep waiting for an empty one but this wasn't too much of a problem or the fault of the hotels.

stay here if your looking for a cheap alternative to disney hotels, the kids seem to love it and the beds are super comfy, just lacking a little in heated water and customer service.

We arrived at this hotel with a very excited but tired 12 year old who was looking forward to her first visit to the disney theme park. This was unfortunate because sleep was not on the agenda. I do not exaggerate when I say that hordes of children were allowed to run through the corridors at any time of the day or night ( I blame the parents for this). Yes they were excited and yes they were on holiday but this is still a hotel and residents have a right to a certain amount of rest and relaxation time. Actually the parents were just as loud - why whisper when you can yell?!
Our bedroom was on the second floor above an air hockey table which made a terrible racket, especially between the hours of midnight and 1am!!!!! On the first night we tried to phone reception to complain about this noise but reception was constantly engaged. The next morning we complained in person at reception and the manager was very apologetic. However, at 11pm that night the hockey tournament commenced again accompanied by whoops and yells of delight when a goal was scored! This time my husband went down to reception (pyjama clad!) and was less polite to management and at midnight the table was moved into the hotel. Unfortunately on our third and last night the table was back and games finally ended at precisely 1.15am. I can be this precise because i spent my nights at this hotel clock watching, hoping for sleep or death , whichever came first. We still enjoyed the theme parks but I think I might have nodded off on the ' Small world' ride! We will definitley visit euro disney again, but NEVER would we return to the less than magic circus hotel.

Room Tip: The rooms were small and in need of a freshen up

This hotel was very clean and very spacious. Check in was very quick and friendly.
We used the swimming pool once, we were the only ones in the swimming pool. It would of been cramped if anyone else was in there. Seperate pool for the kids which included a little slide.

BREAKFAST - was continetal - loads to choose from so no one would go hungry! (Cereal, yougurt, fruit, juices, toast, bacon, boiled eggs, rolls, crossiants, cheeses)

Room was brilliant - Massive wardrobe, Huge bed, Great view, 32'' tv (cartoon channel, news channel) - good enough for what we needed it for.
Optional safe - very handy for valuables (digital safe - Enter your own code)
Bathroom was great - Bath & shower (shower was powerful) - Very clean.
Room was cleaned daily with clean towels

The cleanest hotel we have stayed in ever!

Disney land Paris was fantastic!
Disney Village was great - It was our first time in Planet Hollywood - we were not impressed with the food! - however the service was good.

ANNETTES DINNER was a great experience with the waiter's on skates!! :)
The RAINFOREST CAFE with amazing for anyone! Specially kids with real waterfalls falling from the ceiling, pretent thunderstorms. Food & cocktails great.

We also went into Paris for the day - MAKE SURE YOU WEAR YOUR WALKING BOOTS!
When walking through Paris keep your handbag in front of you.

SHUTTLE BUS from the hotel was good - however sometimes it missed our hotel so we popped across to next doors hotel as it always stopped there. Even if you did miss it you only have to wait maximum 15 mins for the next one.

GREAT HOTEL! - good value for money! - Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: Be prepared for long days :) - Great holiday

Stayed here 2 nights with my family of four. The hotel is nice, clean and lots of fun activities for kids. There is a big game room with pool tables, air hockey, arcade games, ball pit for little ones, and a loung bar for the parents. The indoor swimming pool is nice and clean. There is a free shuttle to Disney Park/Train Station that runs every 15 mins. The hotel restaurant is nice and big but very busy in the morning for breakfast. Our room had the circus tent bunk bed for the kids, with a tv, which they LOVED!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

I read some of the reviews on Trip Advisor about this hotel and had some reservations. However, I needed have worried. The hotel staff were friendly and upon arrival saw to it that our bags (for which we had used the Disney Express) were taken to our room.
The room was bright and clean and the circus theme continued but not in too much of an OTT way. The bunk beds were great and I especially liked the fact that there were curtains around them - as did my daughter!
The hotel lounge and bar area were certainly more than sufficient. I am unsure what others who have reviewed this hotel and marked them down in this area actually want?! The barstaff were really friendly and attentive (big thanks to Raphael who was really interesting/interested to talk to)
The swimming pool area was great with no fuss lockers and changing rooms, always great with children.
Breakfast was a bit mad in as much as there were lots of people both mornings, but we didn't go down until 10.30am (breakfast is served until 11am) and there was still lots and lots of hot, fresh food - a fantastic selection.
Overall the hotel was great and I would recommend to anyone. Of course the prices are a bit dearer than normal, it's a hotel.
Fanta 2 Euro
Wine 7 Euro
Ice cream 3 Euro

One tip would be (nothing to do with the hotel, but of the Disney Experience) Planet Hollywood was super expensive and served up really substandard food - don't be drawn in like we were because of the name or having eaten at PH in the US.

Enjoy!
