“Excellent hotel for your stay at Disneyland Paris”
Reviewed 10 August 2010

Excellent hotel for a stay at Eurodisney! Really can't find any faults with the hotel as the rooms were great, the staff were really helpful and the Disney parks were a shuttle bus away! The rooms were lovely- very comfortable, well decorated and climate controlled. Breakfast was great with full english options to authentic french bread and croissants, to fruit and yoghurt- definately something for everyone! The staff were great especially in selling the extra disney ticket on the last day (buy at hotel rather than park-bit cheaper!) and for looking after our luggage after checkout. The free shuttle bus to the parks came every 10-15mins and ran until midnight and there was also a shuttle bus for 15 euro's to get to Charles De Gaulle aiport at the end of the trip! Brilliant hotel to stay in as let's face it- who spends a lot of time in their hotel at disney?!

We booked this hotel through a large agent and stayed there 2 nights during our visit to EuroDisney. The staff of the hotel was very friendly, although for most english clearly wasn't their mother tongue. The hotel itself is not too far away from the park, with a shuttle bus service running between the hotel and the Disney Park. This is not a direct shuttle, but services 3 other hotels as well.
We stayed in the family room, with one double bed and a bunk bed for the kids. The theme of the room, with the children staying in their own little circus was spot-on and the room was nice and clean. However, the bed (as it was a single matress) was too soft and bouncy for a comfortable night sleep for us.
The food in the hotel was bland en less than stellar. The same went for the breakfast. The sausage and eggs were certainly not what I had in mind. The enthusiasm of the staff made up for this though.
All in all an okay stay, as long as you don't have high culinary aspirations or have a big meeting at 9 am sharp the next morning

I've read a lot of reviews prior to booking this hotel & went with the majority who seemed to enjoy their stay at the Magic Circus. I have to say that myself & my family were very impressed with the hotel. It was extremely clean and our family room was a good size & really comfortable. The rooms are all climate controlled & sound proofed and as a result, after a busy day with the kids at Eurodisney, we could come back & get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was very good with a large choice of dishes for everyone. The staff were friendly & helpful & they even had a character walking around during breakfast which all the kids enjoyed. The shuttle bus is free & runs every 10-15 mins. We never had an issue where we couldn't get on the bus & we were there in the first week of the 6 week school holidays. The hotel has recently been refurbished & it shows. It's really clean & well decorated throughout & there are some games and a small play area along with a bar near to the reception area. I really can't find anything negative to say with regards to the hotel. People have commented about the scrum for the breakfast but we didn't see any of this. the only thing I can think is that these people have been queuing to be the first in the restaurant as we got up at different times and never really waited for either a table or food. All in all a great location to get to Disney from.

We stayed here for four days in June with my son who is 1, we stayed here as an alternative to the disney hotels as ap ackage we booked. The hotel is lovely and clean and the grounds outside were nice. Generally as a base for the disney parks it is ok as we didnt spend a great deal of time at the hotel anyway.
We found the shuttle to the parks a bit of a nightmare, everyone pushing and no order to it at all, no one seemed to mind pushing my son in his pushchair out of the way either. The only other negative thing was the breakfast buffet which was chaos on a morning, far too busy and the breakfast itself was only ok.
The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean and we had great time at the disney parks.

Hotel is situated on the 'out-skirts' of the Theme Parks and can be reached by a frequent, free shuttle-bus which commutes between the Parks (and train station) and the hotel.
Check-in at the was not the fastest due to a mix-up in the reservation voucher. Things were getting complicated for the front-desk girl also due to the poor English she spoke. Calling her superior was her only option and after a few moments everything was settled. The family room consisted of two bunk-beds and a double bed leaving little room for anything else including the suitcases. The room had two TV sets, one for us and one for the children. Only English TV stations were news and sports stations and the only Italian station on the TV menu (RAI Uno) was out-of order. Air-conditioner struggled to cool down the room especially the children's 'compartment'. Free tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room BUT only for the first night!! You can ask for replenishments at a (high) cost. Bathroom was OK.
Buffet breakfast which was served in a large restuarant consisted of a sizable variety of pastries, bread, cereals, cold-meats, cheese, fruits, juices, etc. Scrambeled eggs, bacon and sausages were also available. Very good choice and service.
Lobby and bar areas are huge, attractively decorated and very well kept. Internet prices are on the high side (if not prohibitive). The same applies for the prices of drinks and snacks from the vending machines.
Cheking-out was also a challange as we were trying to get information about a pair of trousers which we reported missing (probably caught up with the linen) a day prior to our departure. English speaking front-office personnel seems to be the missing link.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was good but it lacked the 'Magic' promoted on the websites and other promotional material!!

This is our 18th stay at the Magic Circus Hotel at Disneyland Resort Paris since the hotel was built, our previous 2 stays have been since Vienna International took over the hotel from Holiday Inn.
We love staying at this hotel which has been made even better since Vienna International enhanced its circus theme with a magical makeover! From the roomy, flamboyant lobby to the spacious, clean, well equipt rooms this hotel is all you could wish for and more.....!
There's always plenty to do within the hotel itself whether it's by the pool or spa, lounging in the gardens or grabbing a quick drink or snack in the Artisan Bar (whilst the kids play pool, airhockey or in the Big Top ball pit)!
There's even a Disney Store in the lobby for those last minute souvenirs.
The spacious resturant is wonderful (yet again with a circus theme throughout)! Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of hot and cold dishes to suit everyone.
For the knowledgeable and ever efficient staff nothing is too much trouble, and our needs/requirements were catered for exactly as we had asked.
Parking is free (as is parking at Disneyland Resort whilt staying at the hotel, you just show your room pass folio at the DLP carpark entrance). There's also a free shuttlebus that runs to and from the hotel into Disneyland Resort ever few minutes.
We stay in this hotel even when we're not going to Disneyland Paris; we visit La Vallee Village which is outlet shopping Parisian style......even if your not driving the hotel operates a private taxi to the outlet for apx 12 Euro (a bargain considering how much you will save at the outlet)!!
The friendly reception staff are always happy to help whether it be for an extra pillow in your room or a private taxi tour of Paris (Apx 80 Euro).
Anyway, I could go on and on.............
This is one of the best family oriented hotels we stay at: for us it sets the standard that all other hotels should follow!
We look forward to returning again soon.

Stayed just the one night. The room was more than adequate with a standard double and a curtained area with bunks and a separate TV for the kids. Very similar to the Dream Castle Hotel next door. The communal areas were light and spacious with a number of arcade type machines, air hockey and pool tables. The outside is large and mostly laid to lawn which leads down to the communal lake, around which are a number of hotels.
Board on our deal included breakfast, which was more of continental style, but the choice was good including cereals, fruit and yoghurt, pastries and small selection of cooked items, eg scrambled eggs and bacon. Breakfast was plenty to prepare us for the vigour’s of the day. The hotel is approx 20-30 minute walk to Euro Disney, so we took advantage of the regular shuttle bus between a number of the hotels and the resort. The bus does in turn visit the front door of 4 hotels, and is generally able to cope with numbers of passengers, however, do be advised it can, at certain times, resemble more of an unregulated rugby match.
HINT: We found all food and drinks quite pricey at most of the venues in area, including hotels, Disney Village and inside the resort. If you can, it may be beneficial to stock up on snacks and supplies prior to arrival. For those of you using the superb train system, we had to change trains at Lille and took advantage of excellent shopping centre adjacent to the station.
