“A great choice!”
Reviewed 15 June 2014

We stayed here last week and have no complaints. We were in the parks that much that we only used the hotel to put our heads down.
We arrived at 9am to very friendly hotel staff who were happy to answer any questions. Our room was on the ground floor looking over the gardens. The kids (5,2) loved the bunk beds and the curtain closing over it. Room was very spacious and clean. We were down for breakfast sharp at 8am so no queues for us.
As we had travelled by car we only used the shuttle once. Going to the park was fine but coming home was a nightmare (no fault of the hotel, disney need more buses) so we ended up getting a taxi. As it was midnight and with two young children this was the best option even if it did cost us €15!. My recommendation is if you've got the car take it up to the park as it's free parking if you stay on site!

Spent four nights here during the Spring Bank Holiday half term. Despite arriving at the hotel at 11 a.m. they were able to offer us a room straight away. The receptionist apologised for it only being a ground floor room; we'll, we were about ten feet of the ground with a beautiful view if the gardens and we were able to settle us stuff down and get straight out to the parks. The room was of a good size, clean and we'll appointed and the kids loved the bunk beds. Breakfast was fine, not the best, but full English in a choice of pleasant restaurants downstairs. We had to contact the shuttle company for our return transfer and I was dreading trying to phone a French company but I went to reception and Laura sorted it for me, no problem at all. All in all this hotel is a dream, the only cloud on the horizon is that the buses to the parks can be a bind. This place comes strongly recommended.

Stayed here 23rd - 26th May 2014 (Bank Holiday Weekend) with my girlfriend. I had recently been to Orlando Disney with my whole family and thought I would treat the girlfriend to a more local one as she missed out somewhat. Suprised at how similar the parks are to the US. Anyway the hotel....BIG lines at check-in and not many check in staff, I how-ever had the pre-site to run off the bus and into the lobby, leaving the GF to carry out suitcase, in order to cut down our wait. We were seen 2nd as some other quick thinker managed to run faster than me. We were upgraded to a family room, not sure why but apparently this gave us a larger room, Thank you!. Great views from the window overlooking the back of the hotel and the lake further down. I have read about breakfast queues and saw them however we took the lift down to breakfast which advertises floor -1 as the breakfast area. However when you get down to the bottom floor there is no open main entrance, strange! So we opened the door infront of us and its the breakfast room. We walked in, a few staff saw us and smiled so we just sat down, it was only half way through we realised the queue at the main door! The next morning we did the same again....no queue for us! Breakfast is somewhat limited if you like to eat a good warm breakfast and you are muslim as their is bacon etc but no baked beans! The egg was awful! The Pain-au-chocolate's and the croissants are delish though!! Shuttle-bus gets full quickly but we never had to wait for a 2nd one to turn up, great service! Certainly recommend this hotel really worked for us. Though the buffet dinner was over-priced unless you can eat 2 or 3 servings so we ate in the bar upstairs, really good meal and well priced! Would stay here again.

Just returned from staying two nights at this hotel.

Check-in was rather slow; if you arrive at the hotel on the free shuttle bus along with many other people, then my tip would be to get off the bus and into the reception as fast as you can. Otherwise you could be queuing at the check-in desk for a considerable amount of time. Check-in staff were pleasant and helpful.

The reception area is good if you have young kids, as whilst you are queuing, there is a ball pool for them to keep occupied.

We were allocated room 4052 on the 4th floor, overlooking the car park. Many people advise asking for a rear facing room - certainly this makes sense if you want a decent view - but we spent most of our time at the Disney parks, so were not bothered at all about our view of the car park. The room (a Queen size) was very large indeed (especially as most hotels in Paris tend to have very small rooms). It was also reasonably soundproof - we were not disturbed at all.

Breakfast - it didn't seem to matter at what time we arrived in the breakfast room, on both occasions it was completely full. We had to join a queue which stretched up the stairs leading down to the breakfast room (perhaps 15 families in front of us). Fortunately it only took about 10 mins for us to be seated, but be aware that the hotel does struggle at breakfast time. The food was fine, in fact I probably ate too much. I followed by scrambled eggs and bacon with some of the tastiest pain au chocolats that I have ever had.

The main disadvantage of this hotel is its location. It is a good 10 minute drive on the shuttle bus from the Disney parks. The problem is that the shuttle bus only arrives every 20 minutes and it is usually already full by the time it reaches the Dream Castle Hotel (as this is the last pick up point). Next time, despite me liking this hotel, I think I would choose to stay at one of the hotels within the Disney park itself. At night, after Disney has closed, we always chose to use a taxi to return to the hotel (9 Euro), as there were hundreds queuing for the free shuttle bus.

Overall a decent hotel and a good choice, but you may wish to consider a hotel situated closer to Disney.

Just returned after four days at this hotel, travelled with my wife, daughter and 5 year old grand-son. Hotel, location and staff were excellent as was free shuttle bus to Disney Parks. Only criticisms I would have is that breakfast can be rather busy with queues around peak times, although food excellent. Also they could do with some extra pillows in bedrooms as those provided not really adequate. All in all a good break and I would recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from a 4 nights stay with our two daughters and three grandchildren. The little ones loved the Hotel, especially the spacious lobby. The bedrooms were comfortable, and our young grandchildren loved the bunk beds in the Family Room. The Queen bedrooms are the largest (two double beds) and our King Room was perfectly adequate. Although we had asked before our arrival for quiet rooms, we were disturbed on the first night due to a Disco that went on until 1-00 am - far too late when there are many young children staying in the Hotel. The included Buffet breakfast was very good if you accept that the French do not like food served hot. The coffee was also an acquired taste! Maid service fluctuated - the French still haven't grasped the English love of having tea making facilities in the rooms. They were provided in some roms but not in others so you have to ask. Also they have a penchant for providing Earl Grey tea bags (another acquired taste) when English Breakfast tea bags were readily available. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, but be prepared for a very hefty bill - France is not cheap by any means and overall this proved to be a very expensive, but most enjoyable, few days. The Hotel is not perfect but its good points far outweigh any unsatisfactory features.

Room Tip: Try to get rooms at the back overlooking the extensive gardens. If you are unhappy with the room you...

Putting aside a lack of dressing gowns and slippers the hotel is a fair close-to-Disneyland deal for a 2-3 days trip. Shuttle buses one in 7-10 mins, usual sausage-egg breakfast (wasn't it Britain btw?), nice view on ponds, lawns, forest. Clean air. Well organized transfer to the CDG airport.
Don't make our mistake to buy an HB. The breakfast is enough. It is better to have dinner somewhere in the parks.

Room Tip: We booked a family room, not very spacious yet we needed it just to sleep, not to play football in.
