Excellent accommodation good location Brilliant view of the sea lovely way to start the day looking out to sea. There were eight of us 5 adults and 3 children plenty of room for all of us. I would have liked curtains in the bedroom as well as the blinds to block out the light but I would still visit again
Ideal house and location for extended family holiday, local facilities for all generations. Parking for 2 cars excellent otherwise would have had difficulty.
This stay was our first holiday rental and the process was effortless thanks to the owners excellent communication and the smooth booking system through TripAdvisor. We were welcomed with fresh milk and brownies after our long journey from Orkney which meant we could relax as soon as we arrived. The house is very well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the view from the upstairs living area was spectacular, seahouse delivered everything it said it would.
Thank you for a wonderful memory

We have just returned from a wonderful stay over Christmas at the Sea House. We knew the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful tree and 'Merry Christmas' decorations already in place that we were in for a truly magical family Christmas.
The house was fantastically clean and beautifully decorated that we immediately felt as though we were on a hip hotel Spa break! The beds are so comfortable with lovely linen and towels included. My brother in law stated that his first night 'was the best nights sleep he had ever had!' The house is in a beautiful location and is lovely and quiet.
The showpiece of the house has to be the huge open plan living/dining area that boasts a breathtaking view across the sea via the huge window and french doors that span the entire room from end to end and floor to ceiling. It was fabulous to be able to watch the sea at any time of the day and also open the wide doors to breathe the sea air and feel like you are part of the outside. The sun rises and sets right in front of the window too, absolutely perfect! The room was such a great versatile communal space that was brilliant for family meals, jigsaws on the floor and classic Christmas charades!
The kitchen is a great size with everything you need or can think of already in place. The full size fridge freezer was really handy, especially at Christmas! There was more than enough plates, cutlery and glasses etc.
Thank you so much for the magical memories that we have made at the Sea House. After what has been a very difficult year for my family, we feel rejuvenated and refreshed. We will definitely be back!
Dear Charlotte and family,
we spent two wonderful weeks in your Sea House in Rustington in July 2016. Our family with 4 children was accompanied by my parents. We enjoyed the beautiful view to the sea and were excited by the changing sea level. The accommodation is perfect for a family stay. We did some beautiful hikes (e.g. Seven sisters, Pagham harbour, Amberley round trip) which were easy to reach from Rustington. The children also liked to search for fossils at Bracklesham Bay, swimming in the sea or going for crabbing in Littlehampton. We would love to come back one day. Thanks a lot and kind regards
Michael & family
We had a brilliant family holiday at seahouse! Keeping an eye on the tide through the huge panoramic Windows and swimming whenever it suited us!
Could not believe how lovely, well equipped and spotlessly cleaned this gorgeous home from home was!
Will definitely come back to relax here!
