My Wife and I stayed for one night with Pauline and Andy on our first visit to Rustington. The welcome was warm and friendly, the room lovely and spacious and the general facilities excellent.
Breakfast was super with plenty of choice and we wouldn't look for anywhere else to stay on our next visit to the area.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 5 on the ground floor, can't comment on others.

We went back again to Kenmore Guest House in Rustington for Easter. Not a good time to go this year due to the bad weather!! However, it didn't snow, rain, and we had some sunshine, and howling gales!! But once again 'mine hosts' Andy and Pauline made us very welcome. We were put into a room which we had been in before and it had been refurbished to a very high standard, which is not something you always get with a Guest House (having stayed in several over the years!). Once again the breakfasts were lovely and we could have as much coffee, tea, toast, as we wanted with our full English!!

Its a very friendly guest house and its always nice to chat with the other residents while we are there.

We'd recommend Kenmore to anyone who wants to go to the Sussex. The local buses were reliable and even though it was a bank holiday we were able to get into Brighton quite easily and also Arundel. We will definitely be returning 'if we're spared' as my old granny used to say!!

Room Tip: They are all good as far as I know.

Just got back this morning from a weekend stay on my own to visit relatives in the area, stayed in room 6, lovely twin room as all singles booked, but special rate for single occupancy, I just cannot praise this guest house highly enough, the owners are so friendly, room beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, very clean, peaceful location, off road parking, lovely breakfast, all the other guests were friendly as well which is nice when you are on your own. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed this b & b so much last time, it was our first choice to stay whilst on another visit to rustington. The room had been decorated and the furniture updated since our last visit which made our stay even nicer. Lovely breakfast and great service as usual. Will definitely be visiting again, such a nice part of the country.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 3. Nice and spacious.

A friendly welcome and gorgeous comfortable room. The attention to detail was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and set us up for the day sight seeing. The staff were friendly and informative, we couldn't have asked for more. Looking forward to our next stay.

Room Tip: Room 6 with twin beds was ideal and well appointed. It was also warm enough for my comfort. Tea and...

Just spent the night at this fantastic guest house nr Worthing, the position is in a quiet corner of a residential street no passing traffic, no noise a great place to relax. Our room was fitted out to a very high standard, although we stayed for only one night we would of been more than happy to stay for the whole week. The breakfast in the morning will cater for most tastes, the full english was fantastic and a great start to the day.
Next time we are planning a trip to west sussex Kenmore will be first on the our list of places to stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Kenmore , rooms were very clean and the breakfast excellent. We stayed in a newly decorated room, which was very comfortable with a power shower. The owners were very helpful with directions and information on local attractions . We were down for Goodwood races but decided to extend our stay to visit Petworth House and Arundel Castle. I would highly recommend staying at the Kenmore......... Oh and the biscuits were lovely in the room!!!
