The pub has recently changed hands and has reverted to a proper pub with great food and well kept ale. Great community atmosphere and everybody is welcome. No gimmicks, just nice people, good food at sensible prices and great beer. Unpretentious and what a village pub should be. It's even got a dart board for fun. It's due a repaint but it shouldn't change the core ingredients which are perfect. Muddy boots, wet cyclists and dogs welcome.
