We spent a few nightswith colleagues in this hotel. The decor and the the building were unusual but not necessarily to my taste. The restaurant / bar at the top of the building closed early which was a pity - we never got the experience to visit. One star from my rating goes away with service for the breakfast. There were perhaps too many people for the staff to handle - nevertheless the service seemed slow and impolite, and many of the serving plates were empty, e.g. on my second morning I did not manage to get bacon nor scrampled eggs. This for a 24 eur breakfast is not acceptable. However I can imagine on some other time our stay might have been better. I'm doubtfull I would return though...

Our four night stay at this great hotel was very enjoyable. Staff and service were very good and breakfasts excellent. We requested a high floor, and almost flew up to the 24th level in the glass lift. There are five lifts, very fast, so you don't wait very long. Views of the city were amazing day and night. You can even see the sea in the distance. Our white room was fine, loved the general design of the hotel and the rooms. The downside of the room was a lack of privacy in the shower area, would have preferred a bath also (apparently bigger rooms) and there could have been more information in the room and more toiletry items. (Just the little details that make a true five star hotel).

We ate dinner one evening in the restaurant and it was very good. The roof top bar had great views and was a lovely place to sit in the evening. Also the lobby bar and lounge had lots of comfortable seating which was welcome while waiting for our transfer.

Yes, the hotel is out of town but the metro is virtually next door and so is the bus stop. When you arrive take the 46 bus from the airport and buy some T10 tickets to travel around the city. Near the hotel is the Gran Via shopping mall which is quite palatial with lots of shops and some cafes and restaurants. The space around the hotel is clean and quiet and a break from the hub and bub of the city. All in all - a great stay and would certainly recommend.

Room Tip: Go for a high room with a city view. Might be nice to have a superior room or a suite if you can.

Visited here as part of an overseas conference so no idea about costs (although the G&T didn't seem too expensive for a hotel of this quality). firstly, during the week this is certainly a business hotel and is a good 10 minute tube ride to the centre of town. the upside of this is that it is in a relatively quiet area away from the hordes.
rooms are brilliant, very quirky, all in white, very minimal. really comfortable and welcoming.
the rooftop pool and bar are accessed via glass walled lifts that shoot up to the 26th floor - quite a shock to the system 1st time round but brilliant once you are used to it.
Nice little gym onsite with a jacuzzi.
Breakfast was really good self-service with continental and traditional cooked on offer with really good coffee.
all in all I would go back on business but also as a couple - wouldn't take small children though due to the lifts and the layout.

Room Tip: the higher the better - as there is an open atrium you want to be a good few floors above reception

Very impressed with this modern hotel-unlike anywhere I've stayed before. The staff are all excellent, making everyone feel so welcome. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, and a great buffet breakfast got the day off to an ideal start. Although out of town, the hotel is on a direct bus route from the airport, and a metro station just a short walk away connects you quickly and easily to the city centre. Can't wait to go back!

Also had an excellent deal with Fleetway Travel. Superb modern hotel very near metro. Not worth bothering with getting transfers from the airport as it is a short taxi ride away (20 Euro minimum charge which is less than the transfers). Lovely breakfasts. Lunch and dinner menus good too. Staff could not have been more helpful. 26 storeys - lifts amazing.

Room Tip: Our ordinary room was fantastic - suites etc were available.

Got an amazing deal with Fleetway Travel. 3 nights which have been wonderful. Even though the hotel is away from the central activities it has the metro 100yards across the plaza. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. The rooftop bar and pool are fantastic and the cocktail bar men are only too happy to try out their new cocktails on you. Food is wonderful.
The city is amazing and a must for everyone. This hotel made it that much better and would love to return at some point. David & Tracy
