We stayed here 4 nights in June and would absolutely come back again ! Easy to get to and from the airport by bus and to downtown by train. We got a room on either the 24th floor with a great view. Room A/C and wifi were excellent. Close by is the mall so we didn't eat at the hotel. This hotel was one of the finest we stayed in during our trip to Spain !

Room Tip: Higher floor !

we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and we cannot find too many positive things to say.
we stayed in the room 307 and 3 times in 2 days we run out of electricity which meant for us:sleeping with no air condition on(and now in Barcelona is very hot), going to the toilet in the dark, not being able to enter the room once closed. So after they fixed the problem for 3 times we asked to be moved to another room as this problem was just spoiling our holiday time and only after our request they moved us to a superior room.
Amenities:why would you put cups xtea and coffee, kettle and spoons but you do not provide actually any tea or coffee at all?this was not a mistake as it happened for both the rooms we have stayed in and the third room where my sister was.Towels:in our second room there was no face towels, just one hand towel!Shower gel:we were continuosly asking for an extra shower gel but the housekeeping was not happy at all to provide it.
Staff:not friendly at all, except for Georgej the bartender and Stefania, they give us a smile and tried to engage with us.
All this problems we had we were explainig them to the reception but the only thing they were able to do was to say sorry. No explanation, no more questions to examinate the problem in details, nothing at all. and we were there 3 times speaking with different people every time and they all acted the same.
now to review all the rest we can say that:rooms are quite spacious, illumination is not the best.Breakfast is good with a live omelette station everyday!the swimming pool on the 26 floor is amazing and the view on Barcelona as well.

I can not add everything different to what everyone has already said, but I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back!
I did not realise I had a fear for heights until I traveled in the external glass lifts - quite an experience!
We had an 18th floor twin room with a bathroom which had a clear glass door, which could be 'interesting' if you were travelling with someone you didnt know all that well. As long as your room mate didnt pass by to visit the front door, toilet or wardrobes you were fine.
The metro felt safe and was easy to use. The line this hotel is on takes you to Plaça d'Espanya and from there you can take alternative lines to pretty much anywhere around Barcelona. Plaça d'Espanya is also a good place to pick up the Tourist Bus (hop on hop off).
Spotlessly clean hotel with ever such helpful staff.
Caters very much for the American market.

Stayed here for a couple nights and absolutely loved it. The views from the roof top bar and pool are great. My too was quite spacious and had a good shower. The wifi at the hotel was excellent, very fast upload and download speeds.

My hubby works for Marriott and we were staying in Barcelona for a few days before going on our cruise so we decided to stay here because we got such an amazing rate. Well, we can't say enough good things about this hotel! The front desk people were so friendly along with the other staff. We loved the styling of the hotel itself along with our rooms that had the beautiful windows that looked like outlining palm trees branches! The hotel was such a cool design with the middle being opened to fresh air with a terrace type look and stairway. We really like the rooftop bar/lounge with pool and place to relax!
It's close to the airport so it makes it convenient!
The breakfast buffet was also one of the highlights- so much to chose from and very fresh!
We can't wait to come back!!!

Room Tip: Since it's a busy city, we loved staying at a higher level!

Only about 15 minutes from the airport the upper floors give you a terrific view of the entire city as well as the Medeterranian sea. The sunsets are spectacular from the rooftop pool bar. While there, do try the Mohitos, they're the best I've ever had.

The hotel has a glass exoskelleton and the elevators are also all glass. The hotel is 26 stories high and the restaurant is on the 14th floor so if you have fears of heights, this hotel might not be for you.

The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. It is about a one block walk to the Europa Fira Metro station which gets you to wherever you want to go.

The included breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. Americans especially will love this because you get eggs done your way, an omelette station, pastries galore, all kinds of fruits, cheeses, breads, rolls and meats, an espresso machine, cereals, yogurt, pizza (yes, homemade pizza for breakfast!), juices, coffee, bottled water, sparkling wine and great service. It was included in our room fee as I mentioned so I don't know what the cost was.

Our room rate was 132.70 Euros per night including taxes, which we thought was great.

We'd stay here again if we return to Barcelona. All in all a very good hotel experience.

Oh, by the way, this hotel is part of the Marriott family of hotels so we got Marriott Rewards points for staying here as well. A nice bonus.
