Took my Mum here as part of her 70th birthday treat. Tina the owner coulnt have been more accomodating. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast is fresh. We were made to feel very welcome. Would definately recommend this B&B to anyone.
Thanks Tina

I was attending a wedding in Lough Rynn Castle and decided to stay close by in Mohill. This b&b is ideal easy driving distance from the hotel just 2 minutes by taxi. It got a large centra shop/atm across the road which is really handy.

The b&b is charming house with high ceilings and tastefully decorated. From the moment I arrived I felt at home. The hosts were wonderful. The garden is amazing.

Stay here if your looking for an experience and more than just a bed for the night. It's funny I stayed here because I wanted a bed for the night and had a lovely experience.

Stayed at Coolababwn House while visiting friends locally. This is the epitome of what B&Bs should be: welcoming, comfortable, warm. With a great breakfast. There aren't too many B&Bs that offer fresh fruit salad, home made bread, home made marmalade, full fry and good fresh coffee.

Arrived on a dull evening into cosy and hospitable atmosphere. Tea and hot homemade apple tart practically on tap.
It's a real family home, and does not pretend to compare itself with bigger hotel and guest house establishments, you can feel that it's been decorated by the family for the family and their guests. And, boy! you really feel like a old family acquaintance, sitting in the family room watching the T.V.
Great sleep, very quiet even tho' the house is practically in the centre of the town and literally only a 5 minute trot to Casey's pub.
Huuuge breakfast with vast amounts of (genuinely!) homemade brown bread.
Directions for the next stage of my trip were offered and availed of.
Very nice hospitable people!!
I'm planning on bringing my husband the next time, he's french and he'll really appreciate the hospitality and the cooking!!
