“What more do you want?”
Reviewed 4 June 2014

We stayed just outside Kos town for a couple of weeks at the beginning of May, and went in several times on the bus. After a couple of disappointing meals, we finally decided to try Sifis, after which we went nowhere else. The 'kalamaria' was excellent, as were all the other dishes we tried, the portions were generous, the prices were quite reasonable for a popular waterfront location and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Sad goodbyes all round when we had to come home! Highly reccommended.

“Poor food and service”
Reviewed 26 May 2014

We were very disappointed when we ate at Sifis, as we have had good meals here in previous years.
As with most restaurants in Kos Town, the staff were very keen to persuade us to eat there, however, once we sat down the service was poor with all staff trying to fill the restaurant and few actually serving customers.
The food was average and not hot - certainly our worst meal in the 2 weeks we were there.
Very expensive - would advise not to eat in the harbour area, there are many good tavernas in the other areas of the town.

Yummy mixed fish, great location at harbour, good WiFi. Not so good cocktails and a little expensive.

“dont eat in harbour area....”
Reviewed 6 September 2013

usually i dont try in such touristic streets, but for once i tried and failed!

i should had realized it with the menu: maybe the only restaurant serve a greek salade without feta (so on the menu) i chosen for my lunch tuna salad, half dried tuna, fishy and served on some leaves of green.

also the calamares where not good, the fries oily and half cooked. the waiters only interested and sort of friendly till they get us in....

nothing more to say - ok - but even for a lunch not satisfaction
