This was our 3rd visit to Kos although it was our first to Alice Springs. The last time we stayed in Kos we stayed at a neighboring hotel and we were attracted to the Alice Springs. We were not at all disappointed with our stay here. Elias and Maria were fantastic, in fact everyone was. Very hardworking, helpful and friendly. You were made to feel very much at home and very welcome. There were a large number of guests we spoke to who returned time and again. Contrary to a recent posting, our rooms were spotless and cleaned properly each and every day of our 2 week stay, including Sundays which I didn't expect. I was usually first down in the morning to the pool which I witnessed being cleaned regularly. The pool area was also cleaned each morning. The gardens were kept beautifully, very well maintained. We regularly had meals here all of which were lovely. Their themed nights are excellent and very well worth trying although be warned you need to be really hungry! We like the area the hotel is in, it is close to the beach, well within walking distance into Kos Town. If you want a quiet holiday you can have it and close enough if you want a more busy, party type holiday you can have that. We went as a couple but there were big family parties, other couples younger and older also groups of girls or boys. This hotel suits and welcomes everyone. While we were there Elias' parents arrived from Australia on holiday. What a lovely couple, once met never forgotten! Yamass. This hotel is most definitely on our list of going back to! Thank you to all the staff for our wonderful holiday.

Room Tip: Our room looked over the pool which was lovely. We had the sun in the afternoon which was good. Alt...

It was my first visit to the Alice Springs Hotel in Kos and I have to say it was lovely, I cannot wait to return again soon. Alias and Maria work hard to make your stay enjoyable. All the area around the hotel was well maintained and clean and all the staff were friendly. A well run family hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed in room no 225 which had a pool view and a very large balcony.

Just returned from our 3rd stay at Alice springs,it was fantastic Elias and Maria go out of there way to ensure you have a wonderful holiday, the girls do an excellent job of cleaning everyday even Sundays with clean towels and bed linen changed, they even arrange your night wear prettily and tied our towels in a bow on the bed for the extra touch!,George the maintenance man always has a smile for you in the morning and does a fab job on the BBQ!! Ellie is a fabulous cook and if you want something that's not on the menu she will happily make it for you, dinos on the desk is on hand all night if you have any problems or queries all in all from start to finish it was an excellent stay everybody works there backsides off to make sure of this,as for the previous post are you for real complaining about the decor in the bathroom!!! Get real!! You haven't gone on holiday to check out the bathroom!! Your obviously a person that sees negativity before seeing Whats right in front of you!! Keep up the good work all your doing a fantastic job :0))

This was our 3rd year visiting Alice springs.....it just gets better and better. Elias and Maria are doing a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them as wedding planners! Me and the other half held our wedding reception at the hotel and it was absolutely out of this world. Thank you for everything you did and all the hard work you put in to our special day. Everything at Alice springs is perfect . xxx

Excellent location for beach, restaurants and Kos Town. Hotelier and guests are all very friendly and everyone is given a warm welcome on a first name basis. Rooms are adequate Nd the hotel staff work hard keeping the rooms sparkling. Hotel pools and gardens are immaculate. Food is reasonably priced and great quality. Overall a great holiday.
