I visited Gaia garden with my partner and her 5 year old daughter. We initially looked at the reviews on trip advisor and agreed that this would be a good place for us all to go.

On arrival at the hotel my initial reaction was one of shock as it was a lot bigger than I thought and I truly felt the pictures on the websites didn't do it justice.

We were walked through the lovely verdant grounds to our room. It was quite basic but out if the way and felt like a little appartment. There were 2 single beds pushed together which was a disappointment and another at the foot of the bed and they were a little hard. I spoke the the reception about this and they offered to move us and they put another layer on the mattress to soften it.

The next day we went the breakfast and found a large and assorted variety iof things to eat and the theme continued for every meal. All in all the food was of a good standard, I was never stuck for something tasty and healthy to eat.

The hotel was mostly occupied by German's, Dutch and a few English people. Everybody was very friendly and talkative.

The staff at Gaia Garden were great!!!! Really polite and helpful. They kept the place clean and tidy and assisted where they could.

All in all I have nothing bad to say about this venue. You really can have a relaxing holiday to recharge you batteries and have the kids entertained as well. Although there wasn't a kids club we met couple with kids and they all got along...

If you want a relaxing holiday for all ahe's from children through to pensioners then you couldn't choose a beter place.

Stayed at the Gaia Garden in July with adult children. Minor hiccup when we first arrived with one of our rooms being unavailable due to unforeseen water leakage. This was quickly resolved and apologies given, customer recovery good.
After that we had a super stay, the staff work as a team to provide immaculately clean rooms and public areas, the gardens are stunning and a welcome change from poolside in the heat.
Our son enjoyed the gym and the view from up there!
The bar and waiting staff interacted well with the guests cutting a good balance of friendliness and professionalism, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The food was varied and provided sufficient choice for all our needs, with nice touches such as gyros, pizzas and waffles from time to time. All was fresh and of good quality.
The ladies and gents who run this hotel do a great job.
Would definitely use it again.

We used the bike and car rental across the road very convenient and reasonable too

We only had one night here on our honeymoon and would have lived to stay longer. The daytime front desk manager was lovely. We were treated to a delicious rose in the room and invited to enjoy a plentiful dinner buffet. Highly recommended and only 7 minutes to a beautiful beach. The daytime bartender was super friendly and the room had everything you needed including private balcony. We booked a deluxe room and were happy with the price and accommodation.

Staff are great in this hotel - especially the manager who was on duty during our stay, The pool area is really nice - very sheltered from the Kos wind, so can get a bit hot. Rooms are well maintained, but styling is very dated. Hotel is close to the a relatively quite stretch of Lambi beach - some nice places to eat on the beach. Only ate in the hotel once - plenty of places to eat outside the hotel -Kos town is only about 10-15 minutes walk away.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away form the main building if you want to be away from the noise of the bar

We stayed at this hotel in June, 2014 for 14 nights with friends. Our rooms were at the far end of the property which suited us fine as it was away from the pool and bar area where the music would have disturbed us. It would be better if the music was turned down and some traditional Greek music would be good, instead of the thumping bass of the music that was predominantly played, talking in the bar area was quite difficult.
That is our only complaint.
The rooms were of a good standard, comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and were cleanly decorated. The bathroom was good, the shower worked well and (unusually for Greece) had a wall fixing so you could shower properly without having to hold the shower head. Hot water was available most of the time, on the odd occasion we had to run the tap for a while before it came through hot, but not a problem.
The gardens are lovely with a variety of plants, grassy areas and little barrows and bits n bobs dotted about.
The dining room is about the bar and provides a lovely view while you dine. The food is great, a lot of Greek dishes which is good because you get a chance to try them. Plenty of choice, well cooked and, most of the time, hot. The staff do a wonderful job, from the kitchen staff to the cleaners and waiters, food is replenished quickly and tables are cleared promptly and the whole area is spotlessly clean. Nikos, Leo and Katerina look after people out front but the staff behind the scenes should not be missed out on out thanks.
The bar staff are very efficient and there was never a long wait for our drinks, again, everything kept lovely and clean, staff really friendly and polite.
Hotel reception were very helpful and friendly, had a problem connecting my tablet to the WiFi, but this was soon sorted for me.
The hotel is situated a five minute walk from the main road in to Kos Town where there are some bars restaurants and shops. The walk to Kos harbour took us about 25 minutes at a relaxed pace, its best to walk on the right hand pavement to avoid the bikes.
I would not hesitate in staying here again, A lovely relaxed holiday, all the staff are a credit to the hotel. Brilliant.

Room Tip: If you don't want disturbing by the loud music, get a room away from the bar area.
