Premiere Classe Chilly Mazarin
Reviewed 15 February 2014

The room was clean but you could see it had taken some wear & tear. The carpet had cigarette burns even though it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel.
The bathroom was clean, the shower curtain new but again in need of refurbishing.
The bed was an experience, a rock hard base, it felt like a plank a wood. The foam matress sorely in need of replacing, no support at all.
Didn't take breakfast because of the price 7,50 € per person.
It's true it is near the airport, but with the window closed you can hardly hear the noise.
One last thing do not disturb the night porter especially if there is football on tv (as was the case for the 3 nights we came back late)

We visited this hotel as our car broke down and it was apparently the best one nearby! The hotel is functional and has free wi-fi, the bed was fairly comfortable and the bathroom was clean. That said, the hotel is pretty grotty with stains on the carpets, a smell of cooking in the corridors (and not in a pleasant way) and a generally run down feel. The receptionist was helpful though and it is pretty cheap.

We stopped at the hotel while travelling through France late one night. It served its purpose for a place to sleep only. Hotel is cheap and priced accordingly for what you get....(not much). Location is on outskirts of Paris in an area which I would not want to hand around. Hotel is surrounded by large secure fence and your car is secure within the grounds. Hotel is under the flight path and also on busy intersection so don't expect to be able to sleep with fresh air and windows open. Even though our room was surpose to be non smoking it is evident no one cares for the rules and the whole place and room sticks. It is a terrible and stale smell and there is no air circulation through the airvents and the rooms do not have their own aircon controls. I am not sure if even airconditioned?? I think the hotel was clean enough but due to the smell and no air circulation we just wanted to get out of there. Anyway we didn't hang around in the morning and we were on our way again. I wouldn't stay here again. Definitely don't stay if your a non smoker and don't stay for anything more than a night

The staff here are really good. Very friendly, can speak a bit of English if required, and always seem to be around (even if there only seems to be one on at a time).

Only down side is the smell. It may be non-smoking now, but the pillows and carpet seem to be holding a terrible secret from when this was not the case. Oh dear.

I don't mind a bit of walking, so it wasn't difficult to get from Gare du Longjumeau, along Route du Longjumeau, to the hotel. You're only an hour and a half (and 3e90) from the sights and sounds of Paris: Tour Eiffel, Notre Dame, Versailles.

Noise isn't bad - planes from Orly take off directly overhead, but they stop before 22h.

Free WiFi was good, although I had to repeatedly log back in (which became somewhat boring).
