I discovered this little restaurant hidden in a narrow street of the village of Mouans-Sartoux already 5 or 6 years ago (as far as I can remember).
Being originated from South-East of France (now leaving in the Netherlands), I may state that the cooking and recipes there are really authentic (this reminds me the recipes of my grand ma to certain extend).
Other the time, I went in Sylvie’s restaurant for several occasions both for personal and professional ones. This was always a success and with all my colleagues and suppliers, we were always delighted from the food but also the likable and cheerful atmosphere. (Even when organizing a dinner for 25 persons while giving notice at noon for the evening !)
Finally, I do believe that choosing biological products from local producers and sticking to high standards with respect to the authenticity of the recipes and the way to receive customers is a winning strategy. Please keep moving on the same orbit (or trajectory) ;-)
