This is a lovely and tranquil bed and breakfast located in wonderful natural surroundings in the middle of nowhere yet close enough to visit the great whiskey distilleries in the area. The room was large and well appointed as was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent as well. Given that restaurants are a little far off and stop serving at about 8pm, the owners of this Bed and Breakfast provide snacks – which are very good – for those not wishing to venture out to dinner, or for those arriving late. Their snacks menu was varied and the food was excellent. This is probably the best bed and breakfast we stayed at during our 10 days in Scotland and we really cannot recommend it enough. The owners are lovely and thoughtful and they ensure your stay is one to remember.
There is so much to say about this B&B, the accommodation was spacious, clean and well appointed. The service was beyond expected, especially in regards to the breakfast served each morning and the wonderful guidance that was given by Tiffany as to where to visit in the region. Tiffany's knowledge of the local area is wide-ranging and helped us to get the very best out of our stay. We only wished that we could have stayed for much longer.
